Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday on “Good Morning America.” She performed “Womanizer” and “Circus” from her new album. The pop starlet also announced her tour beginning in early March.

Spears pretty much looked like she was sleep walking through most of her performances. I will chalk it up to her lick it, ride it, snort it themed party last night for her birthday festivities.
