According to Star Magazine Jake Gyllenhaal has proposed to Witherspoon 3 times and counting The first proposal came on her 32nd birthday in late March. Then he tried again in July only face a “no” again. Thinking the third time would be the charm Jake asked again in October while they were together in London.
“Jake feels he’s found the love of his life, and he can’t understand why Reese won’t take that step with him,” a source says.
