After getting his own rump handed to him by the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday in a embarrassing game, Tony Romo passed out. Us Magazine via ESPN reports that the Dallas Cowboys quarterback was in the shower when he collapsed. Teammates called the medical staff, but Tony insisted he was fine and walked out on his own.
The highly scrutinized QB, who is under the media microscope for failed performances as well as boinking Jessica Simpson, threw an interception and even dropped the ball. The Eagles took advantage of Romo’s butterfingers to win the game 44 to 6.
“Players called for medical staff, who brought in a stretcher, but Romo walked out on his own. Tony then did his news conference but had to be helped from the podium. Sources said he suffered a rib injury in the second half, but he refused to answer questions about his health.”
Looks like Jessica Simpson is going to be stroking his ego for the next month and a half. So much for that engagement ring she was hoping for.
