im 20 i smoke weed as much as i drink its not a big deal in canada, 95% of all canadians have at least tried it except the old folks(not a real stat just sayin from experince) but anyway it doesnt increase cardio at all so i dont understand why he should even be banned from the olmypics its not gonna help him plus its his choice. theyre blowing it up like its the worst thing in the world at least he didnt kill or rape anybody. eh for all i care he should keep on burning.

i am now totally convinced that smoking weed is evil since it limited Phelps to winning only 8 gold medals in last year’s Olympics
