Rachel McAdams and Josh Lucas ‘Getting Serious’

Those fans of “The Notebook” can dream on. It looks like Rachel McAdams is over her on again, off again relationship with Ryan Gosling. She and her new hunky-dunky are taking the next step in their romance.

Rachel has been dating Josh Lucas stealth style and only recently became public about her relationship with him. It appears that this is more than just a rebound. They both skipped the New York Oscar Night Party circuit to go to Toronto. The “Mean Girls” starlet is introducing her new love to her parents.

According to Page Six, McAdams and the “Sweet Home Alabama” star were due to attend the Accompanied Literary Society’s party at the Hudson Hotel’s Library Bar, but didn’t show. Spies said they opted to go to Rachel’s family and added that things between the two are “getting serious.”

Jude Law had set the two up after working with Rachel on the set of the new “Sherlock Holmes” flick. She is said to have been staying at his place in New York after moving back to the states. Rachel was set up in London while filming and despite cohabitating for a few months they were rumored to be “just having fun.”

Looks like that stage is over because there is nothing fun about meeting a guys parents. It always ends in nervous conversation about grandbabies.

Not the best picture of either one of them but I could see them having some chemistry. Wonder when we’ll see public pictures of them out together?
