We will never really know what happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards. Rumors are currently swirling that the fight that left Rihanna bruised, bitten and bloody started over a text from another woman. Some still believe that Brown was furious over Rihanna reportedly giving him herpes.
According to TMZ details from detective notes have been found by Fox 11. The “Disturbia” singer allegedly got a hold of Chris’ cell phone and found a 3 page text from another woman. This is where the altercation began. They started fighting and Brown attempted to push RiRi out of the car. She was wearing her seat belt and was unable to push her out. He then started punching her and shoved her head against the passenger window. It was also noted that he was still driving while all this occurred.
“Blood spattered all over Rihanna’s clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood. Brown allegedly told Rihanna, “I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see.”
Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, “I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.” Brown then replied, “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.”
He then continued to hit her and then bit her ear, hands and fingers. Brown also put her in a headlock and she almost passed out at this point. Radar Online also obtained police photos of his Lamborghini. Spatters of blood are visible near the parking brake, finger prints were lifted from all over the center console and broken bits of plastic were photographed.
Chris is due in court today. There are no formal charges as Rihanna and Brown have since ‘made up’ in Miami. She isn’t pressing charges. Meanwhile, his attorneys, led by Mark Geragos, are in talks with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for a possible plea deal. (You may remember Geragos from famous cases like Winona Ryder’s shop lifting and he also represented Scott Peterson, who was found guilty of murdering his wife Laci Peterson.)

I just hope that boys and men all over the world get the idea that it's okay to hit a woman just because their seeing them make up so easily.

Well,I think that the story is all wrong and rihanna is lying. It could be true but i don’t really think it is.when i see the pictures of the blood in the car im thinking to myself,that might be chris! you never know but anyways im not saying the its right to hit a girl because you should never put your hands on a women but i dont know i think somethings up! and hopefully when the police get the truth i hope we get to hear it so everyone can know what is really up because there had to be another thing that set him off! anyways well yea thats what i think , you can disagree and argue i really dont care but thats my opinion!
