Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has been always rumored about having a nose job, something that she had always denied, but more recently she has been also rumored to have had a boob job. The 43 year old star, who says she refuses to obsess about getting older and is happy with how she looks, says she isn’t interested in having any cosmetic surgery.

“It’s a real crucible because you feel daunted by your peers who somehow get younger and younger. People older than me have fewer lines than I do. And no, you’re not supposed to talk about it – you’re supposed to admire the fact that they look 22 even though they’re 58.” Says Parker.
The rumors of a supposed boob job are based on pictures taken of the actress at the 2009 “Oscars” where Parker did seem a little more full in that area. But judging by the pictures themselves, I’d be less inclined to believe the surgery actually took place and more inclined to believe its just the results of a really good push up bra. They don’t call them the “Wonder Bra” for nothing!
Definitely a boob job, strapless wonderbras don’t do such a good job lifting 43 y/o breasts, you need straps for that.
Even though she does look rather saggy in the left pic, I have confidence that a good bra or even the dress itself could pick those babies up and give them a nice round, full appearance. It isn’t like she has DD breast to hold up.

it’s obviously just a better fitting dress, the structure is a lot tighter, like a corset, it is bound to create cleavage and leaves little room for sagging! gosh! these people and their speculations.

Not a boob job, they use inserts for this type of look, or if you have enough already, a really good padded bar. My guess on this shot is the inserts. I feel bad for the people that assume someone beautiful has had work done. Go SJP, your talented, gorgeous and fun to be around!
Well if you’re trying to judge this by just these two pictures then sure it would seem and probably is just a bra or a decently tight dress. BUT I must stress, if you watch Sex and the City then you may think otherwise due to the changes in her overall breast size and appearance from seasons one to six.
^Totally agree with skittles, here. I noticed it first thing when I saw the Sex and the City 2 movie–they ARE implants! I was freaked as I thought she always had relatively big boobs for her tiny stature. But I am guessing that after having her son, they shrank/deflated and then over time, sagged..so she had a boob-job before the second movie.
She is ove very stunning woman and needed change nothing. One can look at that smile and into those eyes and lost for an eternity in her brauty. I think alot of women are just down right jealous of her.
IMO She has a good bra on. Plus the corset type of dress will help to push her boobs up. Absolutely possible to have this look if you have a C cup breasts to (or full B) to start with. Try it ou!
Having owned a pair of breasts myself, for several decades now, I have a few ideas. The first picture shows her bending way over, with her arms extended. Doing that does make them “hang” a little (unless you are very small, young, or have tight-fitting implants). She also looks extremely thin in all of the photos of her in that costume. I don’t think she has implants. I think she just put on a little weight, is wearing a more flattering dress (I don’t know if there is room in that bodice for a bra), and posed standing up.
If you look at her in SATC1 and compare her in SATC2 you can see that her bust is clearly enhanced. She also wears a number of strapless outfits to show them off too. The enhancement hasn’t made them huge by they are definitely bigger
