All three blonde…ahem…stars.. (I too laughed) wore this revealing Herve Leger dress. Heather Graham was first to run the look at the premiere of “Hangover.” The next day Kristin Cavallari wore an identical dress to a fashion party in the hills. Heidi Montag brought up the rear and wore it to dinner the same week.
