I really love this dress! Bella doesn’t seem like a full gown girl, and the gowns of Austen’s area were rather slim as well. What I love about this dress and what makes it stand apart is that it has the Regency era feel without being too literal, because didn’t Bella herself describe it as saying it has a modern twist? Just fabulous, just what I envisioned!

This is absolutely perfect! whomever did this sketch did their research! the back almost looks like a calla lily just like it was described in the book. i really hope that her dress looks like this because if it looks completely different and not like how the book described it i’m going to be really upset. just like the ring, it looks awful…apparently the dress is supposed to be themed from the ring so i hope it isn’t as awful haha.
i envisioned Bella wearing a dress just like this but in white or ivory
