That song gave me hope in the wake of a hard social existence. Fortunately things were quite a bit different in High School but I still say that having the musical reassurance that I wasn't alone in my pain kept me going and helped me become the successful person that I am today. It saw me through a very difficult time. My best friend got caught up in drugs, a bad home life, and eventually ended up in jail. He was everything to me. This song showed me something I wouldn't have realized if I hadn't heard it one night. It explains me and him completely. Everytime I sing along with it I feel like I'm reading out of my journal. Thank you Superchick for helping me let go of something that was unhealthy. I needed to grow up and so did he. I've said goodbye and God has blessed me through it. My favorite song is Wishes.
