Kelly Osbourne hit the stage of “Dancing with Stars” and did the waltz. It was actually quite amazing to see her gliding around the dance floor and looking chic. At the end of her dance she ran over and gave her father, Ozzy Osbourne, a huge hug. It was really sweet and she got a score of 23 out of 30.
