Egads. This is….different. Rihanna strutted through Soho wearing dark plum lipstick and amped up the blond streaks in her hair. All I can think of is a quote from “Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion.”

“You look so good with blond hair and black roots its like not even funny.”

That pretty much sums up Rihanna’s New Do.
