Adam Lambert Says Susan Boyle is ‘Terrible’

The sometimes too outspoken “American Idol” runner up Adam Lambert recently took some time out of his busy schedule to launch a verbal attack on fellow talent show contestant Susan Boyle. Lambert says the “Britain’s Got Talent” star massacred the Rolling Stones’ “Wild Horses” when she covered it and he almost “died” laughing when he heard her version for the first time.

Per Starpulse:

He tells Britain’s Gay Times, “If only it weren’t for Susan Boyle! I’m happy for her success, but that album is terrible. Wild Horses is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it, I was crying with laughter. It was the most horrendous, sacrilegious treatment of that song! Still, when my album charted, it was validating. I was feeling bit attacked, like I had to vindicate something. I thought: ‘Wow, look what I did.’”

Lambert‘s own album opened well in its first week with 200,000 copies sold last November, but Boyle’s record kept him off the number one spot with over 700,000 copies. Jealous much?

Oh, come on! That’s BS and NOT true!
One idiot posts a lie somewhere and you just re-post it without at leas trying to check the facts.
That “Gay Times” is spreading lies because they’re struggling and desperately need the attention… don’t feed into that sh*t!!!

What a bunch of lies. Adam has NEVER said a unkind word about anyone. he PROMOTES other artists unshelfishly. What a cruel world we live in..Sick of it!

  3. Kim says:

No way this is true! I have heard every interview Adam has done and he has never said anything bad about anyone. He is a very positive person and always goes out of his way to say something nice, even when it’s not deserved. He also promotes other artists. Why would anyone believe this rag mag? Besides Adam has already disputed this on his twitter stating that he was misquoted…and if he sounds nonchalant about it it’s probably because he has to deal with this kind of crap repeatedly.

Adam has told his fans, “Don’t believe it until it comes from my lips.” about bad and good things. So if you don’t have proof, then I DON’T and WON’T believe it!

dude you people who have commented need to chill the f out. so what if he did or did not say it? the people who write on this site just post the news that is going on and is being circulated out there. as you can see they said that gay times britian is the ones that say that adam said that. you got problems then take it up with them. who cares about adam lambert anyways. his 15 minutes are about up and i’ll be glad when he fades into the wind.

  5. Kaye says:

Who Cares? Adam is entitled to his bitchy opinion. He so said this it has been reported on way to many sites to be a lie. Calm down chickies.

  6. Amy says:

Yes Tara, what a cruel world we DO live in. However, I believe there are far more cruel things – such as animal abuse, child abuse, murder, etc… – than Adam-prissy-pants-Lambert being so called misquoted. Who cares what he did or did not say. He’s not worth worrying over. He sucks. He is disgusting. His time is about up. He’s got that “I live on a high horse” attitude that I wouldn’t put it past his arrogant self to have said this. He thinks he’s God. He’s not. Far from it.

  7. Eileen says:

Adam has talent. Adam is arrogant. Adam does not have a filter, he says stuff without thinking about others. Adam is narcisstic. Adam could have been one of the artists I supported until I got to know him more and liked him and his music less. Sorry Adam, in my eyes you are a couldabeen.

  8. Glitz says:

Interesting…It”s almost Oct. Adam just finished a triumphant 72-city U.S. (sold-out tour)and is now going out to conquer the world. Silly people. The boy has no filter, yes. The boy is hotness, yes. The boy is on his way to becoming a legend, YES!
