I am counting down the days to my coverage of the opening of Universal Studios Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The theme park will open this spring with a rumored date in mid-May. Most of the details have been kept hushed and Universal has a cranked out an interactive map (Marauders Map for those HP fans) on their site to wet the appetite of eagerly awaiting guests.
Currently I am planning my trip with Dolphin World of Travel (more info here: World-of-Vacations.com) who have remained very attentive to my requests in the initial planning stages. I have been a skeptic services like this and so far I am a happy camper which says a lot as I am impossibly hard to please. More to come as I get further into my planning.
Universal Studios is also offering several options for the Wizarding World bound vacationer. Do your research. My trip will be based on 6 travelers going for a family feel as I search for the best and affordable options. Until then…enjoy some photos of the soon to be open Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
