Kristen Stewart Feels Raped – UPDATE

Oh my, she really needs to take a course in thinking before you speak. Kristen Stewart hates being photographed by paparazzi so much that she has compared the experience to being raped, feeling suffocated having cameras clicking away wherever she goes.

Per NDTV Movies:

“It’s so… The photos are so.. I feel like I’m looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can’t handle it. I never expected that this would be my life,” said Stewart.

She has no clue how insulting this is to women who really have been raped. This is not the first time she has complained about having her photograph taken, previously she has named it as the reason she often looks unhappy on red carpets. She’s said that feels even celebs have the right to have privacy and lead a normal life. If you don’t like the spotlight then quit. You can’t choose when to sell yourself or not. You can’t say you didn’t know this was coming when you chose to embark on your acting career.

UPDATE- It appears she is backpedaling and either she or her rep realized how ignorant her rape comparison was. Camp Stewart apoligzed:

“I really made an enormous mistake – clearly and obviously. And I’m really sorry about my choice of words. I’ve made stupid remarks before, and I’ve always reasoned: ‘Whatever. They can think what they want.’ But ‘violated’ definitely would have been a better way of expressing the thought. People thinking that I’m insensitive about this subject rips my guts out. I made a big mistake.”
