‘Bones’ star David Boreanaz has decided to come clean and reveal that he has been unfaithful to his wife of eight years, Jaime Bergman.

Apparently, there’s no way to make things up to your leading lady by dragging her name through the press and letting the world know who you like to play hide the salami with.

Via The New York Daily News:

“[My marriage]has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.”

“I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed.”

Huh?

Reports are linking Boreanaz with one of Tiger Woods’s many manholes, Rachel Uchitel. However, TMZ is reporting that story is false.

Hollywood Dame Exclusive Interview – Shane Harper

Shane Harper began dancing and acting at the age of 9. He was involved in community theater and competitive dance. In the spring of 2006, a talent agent on the judging panel of a regional dance competition offered him agency representation. He is on a few Nickelodeon shows, and a recurring guest star on the show ‘Good Luck Charlie‘ on Disney. He was also part of ‘High School Musical 2‘ as a principal dancer. He will be in 2 feature films coming out in 2010: “My Name is Khan,” and a Rob Reiner/Warner Bros. project called “Flipped.” Singing in church all of his life, Shane continues to nurture his love for music. He has a new single, “Dance With Me” (you can listen to that here) and his album due out this summer. Recently, I had the chance to ask Shane about his music, his inspirations, and the direction he’s hoping to go in. You can read about it below.

When did you first realize you had an interest in music and what sparked that interest?
I’ve always loved music and I grew up singing in church. I started doing worship for a special needs Sunday school class when I was about 12.

How did you break into the music industry?
I was contacted through a friend to meet with Adam Anders. Adam had listened to my original songs and covers on my music MySpace and he offered me a music development deal.

How would you describe the sound of your music, and what makes you feel like your album is different from the other artists in your genre?
I think it has mostly an acoustic-pop vibe-kind of Jason Mraz meets Justin Timberlake. As far as distinction goes, there are so many talented artists and each one is unique because we all have different personalities that we put into our music and performances. Besides that fact, I am also a professional dancer and I think that adds to my performance capability.

What are some of your plans for promoting your music – do you plan on doing some touring?
Right now I’m just getting my music out there and hope that people respond well. I would absolutely love to tour as soon as possible.

Musically speaking, what are some of your short term and long term goals you have lined out for yourself? What are your hopes for the upcoming year?
This year for sure I would like to complete my full length album and then at least be in consideration for opening for someone amazing on tour! A long-term goal for music would be to have a Platinum Record on my wall, of course! haha And then just to keep making music that touches people and makes people feel things…for the rest of my life.

Lyrically speaking, where do your song inspirations come from? Is it easy for you to sit down and write lyrics, or is it a bit of a challenge sometimes?
I write music with my guitar in hand and usually when I feel inspired, it flows pretty quickly. I might have to go back and refine it and work it a bit but it is pretty much all there at the beginning. I write about things I feel and things I have experienced. Occasionally there are particular people attached to a song, but I won’t share that part. lol

Britney Spears Passed on ‘Telephone’ Hit – VIDEO

Oh, what could have been! It’s been a massive hit for Lady Gaga and Beyonce, but apparently Britney Spears had first dibs on recording “Telephone” after Lady Gaga offered it to her first. Rodney Jerkins, who produced the song, revealed last year that himself and a pre-famed GaGa had written the song for Spears’s “Circus” album, but her label passed and it never made the final cut of the LP. Though Britney never recorded a finished version of the song, a clip claiming to be a demo of Spears singing “Telephone” was posted on YouTube yesterday.

Per MTV:

At press time MTV News had not received responses from either camp about the authenticity of the leaked demo, which first popped up on the site ileaks.com. The track is remarkably similar to the finished version, with Britney singing in the same stuttered, AutoTuned voice as Gaga on the finished product. At points during the chorus, Britney’s multi-tracked vocals take on a high, Madonna-esque tone.

The track has spare instrumentation, with gently plucked strings in the intro that are overtaken by the same driving beat and swirling synths as the finished recording in Gaga’s The Fame Monster. The busy dial tones and the “not in service” message at the end are also in place, but in general, the demo lacks the punch of Gaga’s version.

So what do you think – Fake or not? You be the judge. To me it sounds like an amateur’s attempt at reproducing the original to sound like a demo. Or more like Justin Bieber – pre-puberty (click HERE to see The Bieb’s tattoo!)

I much prefer the soldiers in Afghanistan anyway…

Lindsay Lohan Headed To Jail

Things have gone from bad to worse for Lindsay Lohan, who reportedly has violated the terms of her probation and has to head back to court next month to face the judge and will most likely have to serve time in the slammer. Lindsay was placed on three years’ probation and ordered to complete an alcohol rehabilitation program after pleading guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence in August 2007, but has not yet completed the alcohol education course the judge slapped on her. She should have attended the course once every 7 days, per judges orders, or gone into rehab but Lindsay has done neither which could see her behind bars.

Per TMZ:

Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days. The only exception — if she was in inpatient rehab. And the judge was explicit … if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days. So here’s the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation … because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.

Bottom line — Lindsay met the school’s requirement, but squarely violated the judge’s order.

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances. If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.

Seriously – the girl can’t make one meeting a week? She has no work whatsoever! As a result, she is likely to face jail at a court progress hearing scheduled for May 20th on the grounds that she habitually violated the judge’s requirement. If the judge sticks to her word Lindsay is going to be in jail one way or another soon. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is denying she has a probation problem.

“We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”

Guess that means no more nights out stumbling down and no more Twitter wars with ex Samantha Ronson. Maybe it would do Lindsay good to get a bit of perspective and some time away from the party scene. I say throw the book at her … and then throw away the key!

James Franco Abusing Hard Drugs !?!

Actor James Franco may have some serious explaining to do.

The ‘Pineapple Express’ star showed up this weekend at the ‘Saturday Night’ premiere looking a little worse for wear. Apparently, he could barely keep his eyes open during a panel discussion with Saturday Night Live castmembers and was spotted rocking some questionable bruises on his arm. This has led several bloggers to accuse the actor of dabbling into hard-core drug use.

Via Faded Youth:

“Franco has always been an advocate of recreational marijuana use, but his thin frame and frighteningly questionable marks on his middle arm makes one wonder if he hasn’t started dabbling in something harder.”

I must question this however. First of all, I would certainly think that if this allegations had a shred of truth to them, Franco’s people certainly wouldn’t let him attend a public function with his track marks hanging out for the world to see.

Secondly, Entertainment Weekly has reported that Franco has started filming a bi-opic based on the life of Aron Ralston; a mountaineer who had to amputate his own arm after becoming trapped in a canyon. The bruises on Franco’s arm are likely more due to a rigorous filming location that a need for crank.

I hope….

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Split MONTHS Ago

Halle Berry officially announced this weekend and she and her hot model baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, split.

Despite many reports that is was Gabe who initiated the split with Berry due to their age difference, reports this morning are quite opposite.

“She kicked him out months ago because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on.”

The two have supposedly split amicably in order to maintain normalcy for their two-year-old daughter Nahla. However, this change in storyline could definitely change things.

‘As the World Turns’ Matriarch Helen Wagner Dies

Actress Helen Wagner, who played mild-mannered Nancy Hughes on the CBS soap opera ‘As the World Turns’ for more than a half-century and spoke its first words, has died at age 91. She died Saturday, said the show’s New York-based production company, TeleNext Media Inc., which didn’t say where she died or what was the cause of her death. Wagner opened ‘As the World Turns’ when it premiered on April 2, 1956, with the words: “Good morning, dear.” She held the Guinness World Record for playing the same role on television for the longest amount of time, 54 years, TeleNext Media said.

Michael Douglas Calls Son’s Jail Sentence ‘Adequate’

Less than two weeks ago, Cameron Douglas was sentenced to five years in prison on a drug conviction. On Monday, Michael Douglas spoke up to the ‘Today’ show to admit his failings as a father and to say he believes the sentence was “adequate.” “My son was a drug dealer and he’s been trying to kill himself for a while,” he said. “I can’t condone his behavior and I think the court recognized his drug addiction as well as the crime that he committed,” he said. “It’s an adequate, I think, amount of time for anybody to spend in jail.”

Roman Polanski Breaks Silence, Says U.S. Wants to ‘Serve Me on a Platter’

Roman Polanski has broken his silence after months of being under house arrest, saying prosecutors in the United States only want him extradited on a 33-year-old sex case to humiliate him and cause a media circus. In comments to an online magazine run by one of his supporters, Polanski said: “I can no longer remain silent because the United States continues to demand my extradition more to serve me on a platter to the media of the world than to pronounce a judgment concerning which an agreement was reached 33 years ago.”

While it seemed that most of Hollywood and Washington mingled together this weekend at the White House Correspondents Dinner headlined by President Obama, sources tell Rob Shuter that the world’s biggest movie starlet, Angelina Jolie, once again passed on attending. “Angelina is always invited by several media outlets to sit at their table, but she always refuses,” a friend of the actress told me. “Angie is filming in Europe at the moment, but that isn’t the reason she didn’t attend. She didn’t go because on her weekends off she would rather spend her time helping those who really need it rather than sitting, drinking champagne and laughing at bad jokes in a fancy DC ballroom.”
