I simply adore stories like this due to the fact that it is beyond obvious that Jim Parsons is “one of those fabulous homos” as my Aunt Tootie would say as she clapped her hands together with jubilation. An engagement story usually makes me want to avoid Target wedding registries like they are plague dispensers, but for the adorable Mr. Parsons I will pretend I am fan of monogamy.
Jim has been dating Todd Spiewak for 3 years. The art director stole Parsons’ heart and they moved in together last year. After Jim won an Emmy, he realized there was only one thing that could make him happier…

Yes kittens, I am an out and proud nerd and read Harry Potter repeatedly, watch “Big Bang Theory” (BAZINGA, no dad, that is not ‘one of them slang words for a lady’s area’) religiously and have been known to celebrate Shark Week and order shiz from the History Channel. That being said, I think the real news is that Jim is 37 (as of 2010)! He looks about 20-something.

I am glad that Jim Parsons has had the confidence to come out. It was pretty obvious that he was gay anyhow. He should not be ashamed of himself or his partner. Your partner in life is a big part of who you are and they deserve to be seen and respected as the other half of the pair. As for those homophobics out there what is your problem? He doesn’t want to have sex with you so what is your problem. I can confidently say that more than half the heterosexual men out there love oral and anal sex so frankly I just don’t get the objection to homosexuality.
