Ah, that silly Biebs. After hitting cops with water balloons (click HERE for that story), Bieber has continued his teenage debauchery by making a pit stop at Hooters to take pics with future tricks of America. Of course the eatery is about as taboo as the Denny’s parking lot after 6 pm.
At first glance of the photo of Justin Bieber at Hooters I thought it was a young Samantha Ronson enjoying some wings and cleavage. Alas, it is wee little Biebs taking a picture with the girls at the West Edmonton Mall. His band ate some late lunch and promised to bring JB back after their bill was comped. He took a pick and then took off in search of a Chuck E Cheese.
