The boys and girls over at TMZ have obtained this photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus holding onto what appears to be a delicious Corona beer!
The pop-princess, whose parents are currently in the middle of a divorce, was photographed beer-in-hand, while on tour in Spain.
According to Spanish law, the legal drinking age is 18, but no one really pays attention to it.
When TMZ contacted Spanish authorities, one told them:
“People as young as 16 are cool to consume ‘certain’ beverages in Madrid.”
