The Disney starlet celebrated her birthday with a big a$$ cake, a leather outfit, mom Tish, Demi Moore and Rumer. It was like an episode of Maury…Mom’s on Myspace and Their Troubled Teens. I guarantee if you yelled “last peen under 25” Tish would come galloping over while reapplying her gloss.
Rumor has it that the guy with his plaid boxers hanging out (seriously guys, that is an advertisement in jail so pull your pants up already) and licking Miley’s new boyfriend, 18 year old Avan Jogia. (Guy from “Victorious” on Nickelodeon.)
Miley is a day away from being a legal adult and free to do what and who she wants, give out lap dances, smoke, run around flashing her crotch and get as many tattoos as she likes.
