Jake Gyllenhaal Visits Taylor Swift On Set

Awe love and junk!

Despite The Dame’s multiple attempts at landing Jake Gyllenhaal via sending him a s-string daily for a year, it seems he’s quite smitten with his latest love, singer Taylor Swift.

While Swift was recently pre-recording a piece for NBC’s Thanksgiving special, she had a special visitor on set to guide her along-Jake himself.

Via Popeater:

“During her 55-minute set, Taylor took a 15-minute ‘wardrobe change’ break, but really she spent most of it backstage flirting with Jake. You can tell they are both really into each other, but are trying very hard to take everything slowly.”

If it were me, the only thing that would be moving slowly would be my…nevermind.

Taylor recorded five pieces for the Thanksgiving Special while Jake looked on from backstage.

You can catch Gyllenhaal baring pretty much everything, from what I’ve been told, in the upcoming film, ‘Love and Other Drugs,’ which is set to open later this month.

Christina Aguilera Debuts New Boyfriend – PHOTO

…sort of.

Despite rumors she was buttering her bread on the other side (CLICK HERE to read about Christina Aguilera’s lesbian rumors), Christina Aguilera was spotted out and about with a new man over the weekend.

According to People, Ms. Aguilera’s new boy toy is Matthew D. Rutler, a set assistant who she met working on her movie “Burlesque.”

“It’s not serious yet, but it’s something she is exploring and finding comfort in. It’s new and she’s taking it day by day. She and Jordan were having problems for a long time. What kept them together is their love for their son. She met [Matthew] on set and, during a difficult time, leaned on as a friend. After she and Jordan separated, the friendship turned romantic.”

The two hit up LA hot spot SoHo House with mutual friends, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie.

Lifehouse’s Jason Wade and Alyssa Bernal Dish on New Duet

Step into the recording studio with up-and-coming singer-songwriter Alyssa Bernal and Lifehouse’s Jason Wade, as they discuss how their duet “Hold Me Tight” came to life. “I just loved her voice,” says band frontman Jason. “We sang both of the choruses out there together in the same mic-room, kind of an old-school way of recording.”

“Hold Me Tight” – along with single “Cali Cali Cali” – is featured on Alyssa’s EP (iTunes) and will also be one of the tracks on her debut album, scheduled for release in early 2011. Lifehouse’s fifth studio album ‘Smoke & Mirrors’ is in stores now. Miley Cyrus Gets A Little Too Sexy In Europe – Video

Miley Cyrus’ parents may be a little too concerned with their divorce to watch what their 17 year old daughter is doing. Wait – they’ve never cared. Miley was hoppin’ around Europe this weekend getting ready for the MTV Europe Awards and doing some promoting on German TV. First, she was first photographed in Madrid drinking a Corona at a club – The legal drinking age there is 18 but they don’t really crack down on underage drinking much. She was then performing on a German TV show “Wetten Das” and showed off a little more than a young teenage girl should be.

Though she was reportedly wearing a nude body stocking, her underwear was clearly visible as she gyrated onstage alongside backup dancers wearing racy white hot pants and revealing camis. Check out the video above.

Conan O’Brien Back On TBS Tonight!

It’s been 10 long months but finally Conan O’Brien is back!! He will debut is his new show ‘Conan‘ on TBS tonight at 11pm. What can we expect? (To catch you up — Conan has been off the air since January, when NBC canceled Jay Leno’s prime-time hour after the ratings went south. NBC bought out O’Brien and his team for around $40 million to clear the way for Leno to reclaim the position as ‘The Tonight Show‘ host. It was the same position handed off to O’Brien last year.)

Tonight, Conan will debut with sidekick Andy Richter making a comeback along with a new band leader Jimmy Vivino. Guest on Conan will include Seth Rogen, ‘Glee’ star Lea Michele as well as a performance by Jack White. Week 1 guests include Tom Hanks and Jack McBrayer on Tuesday, Jon Hamm on Wednesday and Michael Cera on Thursday.

Per Showbiz Spy:

“I want to talk to people who are good at a craft, people who work with their hands. We’re going to talk to a lot of upholsterers. And we may have financial penalties. If Jim Carrey or Tom Hanks accidentally mentions his project, I think the viewer should be compensated in some way. That would be a way to turn this economy around.”

Rihanna‘s new CD ‘Loud‘ isn’t out for another 8 days, but more an more tracks keep getting leaked on the internet. Last week we finally got to hear ‘Love the Way You Lie Part 2‘ with Eminem. Now another track has leaked. Makes you wonder if her record label will end up pushing the new CD out earlier… The song is called ‘Cheers‘. Kanye West’s In Flight Performance – Video

Imagine you’re flying off to your vacation or going to see some family members and you notice you’re on the same flight as… Kanye West? Ok, you may be surprised he’s flying with the rest of us normal folks instead of flying in a 5 star 56, but that’s how he rolls. Friday, Kanye was flying from Minneapolis to New York City. He picked up the intercom in first class about 30 minutes into the flight and performed some of his songs “The Good Life” and “Gold Digger.”

Per USA Today:

“I had to pass through first class to get to my seat in economy, and I saw Kanye sitting there with a little drink in his hand,” a passenger told the website. “He couldn’t decide if he wanted to do ‘The Good Life’ or ‘Gold Digger,’ so he was like, ‘I’ll just do a little bit of both.’”

How strange – a train wreck on an airplane… Good thing he didn’t go completely all “Taylor Swift at the MTV Awards” and try to grab the controls and fly the plane.

New Michael Jackson Song FAKE !? LISTEN HERE

MichaelJackson.com and Sony swear on their bank accounts that the new Michael Jackson song, ‘Breaking News,’ is real. The claim is that MJ had recorded the demo in 2007. However, his family isn’t convinced.

“The creative process never stopped for the King of Pop who was always planning for his next album; unbeknownst to many fans around the world Michael Jackson was writing and recording songs continuously everywhere from a friend’s home in New Jersey to studios in Las Vegas and Los Angeles with a small group of handpicked collaborators.

Katherine, La Toya, Prince and Paris all think an impostor is fueling the vocals for the new tune. La Toya insists, “”I listened to it … It doesn’t sound like him.” While Michael’s mother and two children agree that it’s not actually Michael singing. Even his nephews are doubting the vocals stating via Twitter that the song sounds “shady.”

Jessica Simpson Reacts To Ex Husband Nick Lachey’s Engagement

Last week was big for celebrity engagements, among the happy couples – Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo. Ex-wife Jessica Simpson knew the day would come when the man she let get away would propose to another woman. And now friends say she’s “deeply saddened.”

Per Vancouver Sun:

“Even though Jessica wants to be happy for Nick, this is a very difficult time for her. Nick was the love of her life then and he was her first, so she will always have a very special place in her heart for him.”

It was only months after Nick’s ugly divorce from Jessica that he started dating Vanessa back in 2006 and last Thursday they sealed the deal! The happy couple told Us Weekly that they were excited about their engagement and look forward to a wonderful future together. Simpson insiders are saying Jessica has yet to contact Nick to say congrats, and that it’s possible it may stay that way for a while – somebody’s jealous.
