I get that breastfeeding is “natural” and is supposed to be some “beautiful moment,” but I am really a fan of throwing a blanket over things like that. Regardless of my squirmy feelings over women whipping out their boobs for lunch time, Miranda Kerr shared a photo of herself breastfeeding. Kerr gave birth to Orlando Bloom’s son on January 6th and the couple named him Flynn.

“I gave birth to him naturally, without any pain medication, and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him. We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family. He is our little ray of sunshine.”
I don’t want the La Leche League throwing me on a Wanted poster so I will just say…congrats.

Throw a blanket over things like what? EATING? Do you eat with a blanket over your head? I know sometimes when I am in a restaurant I catch a glimpse of someone chewing their mouths open, shoving food in the mouths, spewing crap everywhere. Yeah it isn’t pleasant for me to see but I don’t expect them to hide their mouths. I use my eyelinds and my neck muscles and look away.
