If you believe this week’s print edition of The National Enquirer, then Jennifer Aniston is headed to rehab.
America’s favorite over 40-girl next door if you live in a gated community full of millionaires, seemed a little toasty while presenting her co-star Adam Sandler with an award at this year’s People’s Choice Awards (CLICK HERE to see that video) which has led the Enquirer to debate Aniston’s sobriety.
The National Enquirer via Celebitchy:
“Jen used pot to mellow out,” said the source. “But lately it seems she drinks alcohol to take the edge off.”
To make matters worse, Jen used to be a social drinker, but lately she’s been hitting the bottle even when she’s alone. And her friendship with her drinking buddy Chelsea Handler hasn’t helped matters. Their Thanksgiving Mexican getaway was a booze-fest, say insiders.
“Jen guzzled margaritas, vodka, wine and champagne,” divulged the source. “Chelsea’s a big drinker, and every time they’re together she encourages Jen to cut loose.”
Unfortunately, Jen tends to get “sloppy” when she drinks, maintains the source.
“She starts slurring, then she gets emotional and starts reminiscing about losing Brad. And finally she ends up trashing Angelina.” When Jennifer threw a holiday party on December 4, “She had a drink in her hand all night and definitely was feeling no pain.”
Wait a second…there’s something wrong with getting so sloshed that you start crying about how Angelina Jolie has ruined your life? I wonder if our health insurance covers rehab?

First, Aniston and Handler do NOT host weekly vodka parties. But more importantly, Aniston does NOT have a “problem” with alcohol, and NO ONE is urging that she head to rehab.It’s more BS… The Enquirer creating problems where there are none.”

Well, “Bratt”, apparently you saw something completely different from everyone else. I guess people just see what they want to. But Jen’s love of the drink (AND pot, for that matter) is, in fact, legendary. Wouldn’t take much to push her over the edge from “social” (over)drinker to full-blown alcoholic, I suspect.
