You can’t be a Disney starlet without a set of topless photos being shilled by Mickey Mouse in a trench coat wearing a fedora and smoking a cigarette (over-active imagination here).
Hollysoop that they were approached by someone (aka Mickey’s evil twin) with topless photos of Selena Gomez. The site refused the photos due to the concern that she wasn’t 18 when they were taken. The “Wizards of Waverly Place” starlet just turned 18 in July.
TMZ added that her camp has responded with a claim that the topless pics of Gomez are photoshopped and completely fake. A lawsuit is following her rep’s official statement:
“The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her. Selena’s family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender.”
Selena has been busy with a Facebook/Twitter hack, kissing Justin Bieber, taking off her purity ring and staying hotels with The Biebs.
