Lindsay Lohan will be charged with one felony count of grand theft. She allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in California. A source-type says that Lindsay just “borrowed it” in late January.

“Lindsay’s used to getting gifted items that are worth way more than that. And why would she steal a necklace? She has tons of jewelry and doesn’t need any more.”

Lindsay walked out of the store with the necklace and returned it as soon as police made their daily trip to her hollowed out volcano of coke and thievery. She played the dumb card and said the store owner let her to borrow and then never asked for it back. (Lindsay was also photographed wearing the necklace while shopping in on January 27th. Which….I say…that’s it? That is worth $2,500? I have seen macaroni necklaces that were more impressive.)

She will be charged on Wednesday according to People. Shawn Chapman Holley will be defending her guilty assets, but you know she will get off. If she is actually charged this will violate her probation for the 2,341,560,655,050 time and Lindsay might face time in state prison instead of jail. (Which basically means that her chances for getting out early would diminish as the state clink only releases early for good behavior.)

She is also still being investigate for smacking around a Berry Ford employee. The report also mentions that L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox threatened Lohan with 6 months in jail if she saw her tired weave back in her court for any more slip ups.
