Justin Bieber Shot and Killed on ‘CSI’- VIDEO

Good LAWD. I don’t watch CSI or anything similar (it doesn’t involve food or Bear Grylls), but The Biebs made his cops show debut last night.

Justin Bieber was shot and killed on the show and they didn’t skimp on the gore. He was left a bloody mess on the pavement and I can just picture the thousands of middle school kids who got to stay up late to watch this crying over their Snack Packs today.

John Mayer After Sandra Bullock for ‘Friends with Benefits’

The awesome team over at Celebitchy has brought a tale that will make you laugh and throw some shade at John Mayer.

Mayer is a notorious slut and has been looking like a bloated/budget Johnny Depp lately. He has been linked to Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and a brief alleged affair with Food Network’s Giada De Laurentiis (click HERE for that story…) in the past few months and has allegedly set his sights on a classier A-List woman. According to In Touch, John thinks he has a chance at hooking up with Sandra Bullock. (Maniacal laughter ensues.)

“John is trying hard to get fixed up with Sandra,” a mutual friend tells In Touch. And according to a pal, in typical John fashion, he’s got an ulterior motive. Following a string of high-profile romances that all ended badly, the singer is eager to repair his reputation, and he thinks that dating America’s Sweetheart will improve his “love them and leave them” image, says the pal. “John likes dating famous women, it’s a turn on for him,” explains the pal. “And who’s more famous than Sandra Bullock? He knows Sandra’s probably not going to date him, but he did offer to enter a friends-with-benefits situation.”

Of course Sandra “laughed” off the offer and turned down the chance to visit his crab circus. That is…if the offer ever happened. A friend of John’s stated that he never “targeted” Bullock and called the mag’s reports total BS.

I am guessing he wanted to ride Sandra’s good girl image and the “friend” is probably just John with a fake Australian accent denying the report.

Reasons Why Are Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz Divorcing

A few media outlets are tackling the reasons behind divorce of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

Us Weekly says that Ashlee has turned into a vodka monster and is now a groupie for a ring of pro-skateboarders. The source-types who wove this tale for the mag stated that Ashlee was out drinking with the skate hoodlums until the wee hours of the morning for several months. Pete then got a case of the hypocritical sluts and got “burnt out” from keeping tabs on Simpson. (Pete was photographed on several occasions partying with strippers after concerts. Click HERE for those pics…)

“On the road with his band, he “would constantly check in on Ashlee, and he’d have his friends call the house and her cell to make sure she said she was where she said she was going to be,” an insider explains. “He felt like he couldn’t trust her.”

Page Six‘s sources say Ashlee is tired of Pete partying like a rock star and thought he’d change after their dream Hot Topic wedding.

“One source said, “Ashlee has been unhappy for a while. Pete continued living the life of a rock star, hanging out late, going to clubs, posing for the paparazzi . . . She wants her life and her career back.”

Another rumor is that Creepy Papa Joe was to blame. Popeater reports that more snitches shared that Joe “wants to be the only man” in his daughter’s lives. (Hence the Creepy.)

“Just like when Jessica split from Nick, Joe is doing nothing to encourage Ashlee to give the marriage another try, if only for the sake of her son,” an insider tells me. “Joe likes being the only man in his daughters’ lives and is happy that Ashlee has moved back into his home [in Encino, Calif.], just like Jessica did after she announced she was leaving Nick.”

This is 6 different kinds of gross. However, my powers of deduction and constant reports of Ashlee bailing on Pete led me to believe that it’s a combination of all the tales. At least they are keeping it civil for their son Bronx. The family was spotted out together for lunch on Valentine’s Day. (Click HERE for those pics…)

Britney Spears and Justin Bieber Collaboration !?

If Justin Bieber gets his way, I am guessing he usually does, then there will soon be a Britney Spears and Justin Bieber duet in the works.

Britney just released the video for her new single, “Hold It Against Me.” (Click HERE to see it…) Meanwhile Justin has been making waves with a Rolling Stone interview that touched on controversial topics like rape and abortion. His answers have landed him in hot water. (Click HERE for the full interview…)

Bieber mentioned that he thinks Spears is “very talented” and hopes to work “something out” with her soon. The question is could this really be a possibility? I say probably not. Brit is still in high demand for collaborations. Obviously she can’t do them all, but would she really pick The Biebs in a sea of other willing artists?

Britney Spears ‘Hold It Against Me’ – VIDEO

Here it is. The highly anticipated video for Britney Spears’ new single, ‘Hold It Against Me.’ She has faced a lot of flack as rumors swirled that a double filled in for Britney. The director, Jonas Akerlund, reportedly pulled her from the dance break because she wasn’t nailing the moves with her usual prowess. (Click HERE for more details on that…)

I don’t see why he’d replace her. It’s the standard hair flip, crotch pop, hip swirl, stomp, stomp, shoulder pop as usual. I dig the fight scene between the dueling Brits, but the product placement ads were super annoying. Thoughts?

UPDATE: Her manager issued a statement regarding the body double…

“Of course, there was a body double in there that she was fighting most of the time, which is where some confusion came in.”

Miley Cyrus Angry Over Billy Ray’s ‘GQ’ Interview

Miley Cyrus is reportedly pretty peeved at her dear ol’ dad after his recent interview with ‘GQ’ magazine in which Billy Ray opens up about how he’s “scared” for his daughter’s well-being, his feelings on how ‘Hannah Montana‘ tore apart his family, and even went as far as to compare her to Anna Nicole Smith and Michael Jackson!

Per PopEater:

“To say Miley is angry is an understatement,” a friend of the Disney star tells me. “She’s furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan?”

Reports are circling that Miley and her father have not spoken since December, and has labeled her dad’s comments as “unforgivable.”

“This isn’t what a father does,” my source says. “He never said a bad world about ‘Hannah Montana’ all those years it made millions for the family, and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions, he does this. Unforgivable.

Miley allegedly has no plans to get in touch with her father and feels that if he wants to talk to her, he can take the first step and reach out.

I sort of have to agree. To ‘out’ your entire family just to receive some sort of attention is kinda sad. But then again maybe Miley should remember that without her Dad’s fame she would more than likely never have been in a position to be considered for Hanna Montana. It was his millions that got Miley her start!

Bruno Mars Pleads Guilty On Cocaine Charges

Yesterday, Bruno Mars was in court with lawyer Blair Berk to face cocaine charges for a night in Las Vegas where he was caught in the bathroom of a club doing drugs. He plead guilty in a Las Vegas court to the charges but entered a plea deal. The court accepted the plea that will drop the felony cocaine charges if he follows through on 12 months probation, 8 hours of drug counseling, and 200 hours of community service. He must also pay $2,000 in fines, which is pocket change for him.

Per TMZ:

Berk tells TMZ, “We are very pleased that the prosecution has agreed to dismiss the charge.”

Mars was arrested in September of last year at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas after a security guard found him doing cocaine in the bathroom. Now lets hope he’s learned his lesson and moves on from this incident instead of pulling a Lindsay Lohan.

Hollywood Dame Exclusive Interview – Black Eyed Pea’s Taboo

Taboo is a founding member of the six-time Grammy Award-winning group The Black Eyed Peas. A Mexican-American with Shoshone blood on his mother’s side, Jaime Luis Gomez defied expectations early on—first by rejecting the limitations imposed on him by society, then by staying true to his dream of becoming a star. In ‘FALLIN’ UP: My Story‘ (Touchstone Hardcover/Simon & Schuster; February 8, 2011; $24.99; ISBN: 978-1-4391-9206-1), he tells the riveting story of his journey from the drug crime-ridden neighborhoods of L.A. to the packed performance sites around the world.

During a childhood spent moving between el barrio and the mixed-race community where his beloved grandmother lived, Taboo fell under the spell of the Spanish music his grandmother adored while at the same time embracing the pulse of hip hop. By the time he entered his teens, Taboo was an agile break dancer; he’d perfected all the floating, gliding, and sliding moves through hours of dedicated practice. In the Mexican-American community of Rosemead, where he eventually settled with his mother and stepfather, “no one…had ever heard of a Mexican b-boy. I was a hip-hop kid in a community where there was no such thing as hip-hop kids.” Taboo, the tag he first used when doodling in school, represented the path he was forging for himself—“Off-limits. Unspeakable. Something forbidden. Something non-conformist.”

Taboo built his skills—and his street cred—at hip-hop venues throughout L.A. It was at a hip-hop club that he first saw will.i.am, “an eccentric-looking black kid rapping like a madman” and apl.de.ap, “a Filipino dude dancing better than I had ever seen anyone dance…” In 1995, the three came together as The Black Eyed Peas, and right from the start, the group stood out: “[We] didn’t subscribe to lyrics about crack dens and AK-47. We were…promoting more feel good, progressive hip-hop. We were about braggadocious hope, not braggadocious violence.”

As he traces the rise of The Black Eyed Peas, Taboo reveals the inner workings of the music business during the 1990s and 2000s. He introduces a host of well-known performers, from Flavor Flav, Eminem, and Gwen Stefani, to Sting, the Rolling Stones, U2 and the great James Brown. He brings to life the exhilaration of performing for audiences throughout the world and the overwhelming exhaustion of spending months on tour, far from home and family. He writes about the Peas’ first encounter with Stacy Ferguson and discusses with wit and insight her unique contributions to the popularity of the group. His description of the evolution of The Black Eyed Peas offer an unprecedented look at the shaping of their style as they stepped outside their hip-hop foundation and integrated elements from different musical traditions to create a sound all their own.

Behind the stories of Grammy Awards, platinum albums, sold-out concerts and other moments of triumph recorded in FALLIN’ UP, Taboo tells another, darker tale. He writes about his long neglect of the son he had at eighteen; Jaymie Dizon, the woman who eventually became his wife and the mother of his second son; and the addictions to drugs and alcohol that almost ended his career. In detailed accounts of his missteps and mistakes, including drunken episodes during and after concerts, he shines an unforgiving light on himself and recalls with love and thanks the critical support he received from Jaymie, his friends and family, and his fellow-band members when he finally decided to turn his life around.

On June 10, 2010 The Black Eyed Peas performed at the World Cup Kick-Off Celebration concert in South Africa; their latest album, “The Beginning,” was released in November 2010. They—and their millions of followers—anticipated another triumph when the group appeared during the halftime show at the Super Bowl on February 6, 2011. FALLIN’ UP provides the first inside look at the making of the band, is must-reading for fans old and new.

I had the chance to talk to Taboo about his new book, his halftime Superbowl show, and his new shoe line. You can read about that below.

Where did your inspirations come from to write your new book?

I think the biggest inspiration came from my grandmother. Not so much to write the book, but to become the person that I am. She always instilled in me to believe that you can achieve, and that’s the direct inspiration. The book is the perfect example of that. It talks about my growing up, being a young father, following my dreams, meeting Will and Apl, and the good times and the bad times of Black Eyed Peas. It’s something for everyone. Most of the stories are about me being Mexican-American and paying homage to that.

Your book is co-written by Steve Dennis. How did you meet him and who’s idea was it to write the book?

I meet and auditioned Steve Dennis when I was doing interviews with different writers. I went through four writers to see who best fit me, and it was him. It was my decision to write the book.

In your book, you open up about how meeting Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards helped you kick your drug addiction. How did that come about?

When I saw him, I was like ‘I don’t wanna be like that guy!’ It scared me seeing how he deteriorated, so it was ‘Yo, I wanna change my life!’ But it wasn’t exactly him that helped me kicked my drug addiction. It was March 27, 2007 when I was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, not alcohol. I was sitting in the jail cell thinking about all the people I hurt and disappointed like my wife, who was then my fiance, my family, and the Peas. I got out and called my manager and said ‘I want to change.’

In the book, you also mention how the Black Eyed Peas came about. How did you get hooked up with the others?

It was 1993 when I met Will and Apl at a place called Ballistics. We were really similar in our dance style and the way we dressed. We just connected and became a crew of friends called ‘Grass Roots.’ Will started the Black Eyed Peas and asked me to join. We performed all over LA trying to get the record companies to come to us instead of us coming to them.

You guys recently performed at the Superbowl in front of an audience of over 110 million people, and you guys nailed it. What did you do afterwards to celebrate your stellar performance?

I went back to the sky-box with my wife and kids, and then we went back to the hotel, ate dinner, and watched the playback on the internet.

What do you feel is in the future for the Black Eyed Peas?

We definitely want to tour. No dates are set yet, but we’re hoping to work something out for sometime later this year. We have a new single out called ‘Just Can’t Get Enough,’ and we just want to continue to make music.

When did Jamie Luis Gomez become Taboo?

In high school, when I was about 15. It’s a name that my friends gave me because it represented what I was living. I was a Mexican-American doing hip/hop, and in the community I was living in, things like interracial friendship and dating were considered taboo, and here I was friends with different cultures. My son Josh’s mother is African American and things like that just didn’t happen around there.

You’re going to become a 3rd time father in May this year. In the book, you talk about your extremely close relationship with your grandmother. How do you feel that carries over into what type of father you are to your sons?

Just being nurturing not only to their dreams, but to their needs and their aspirations as well. My son Josh wants to be a DJ as his career and I tell him that education comes first. My grandmother always told me how important education was because she was a teacher. She taught me how to be supportive and to give unconditional love.

In the book, we learn about your estranged relationship with your father and your brother. Is there any hope of reconciliation with them in the future?

I hope so. I’m mature enough to let bygones be bygones. I tried reaching out to my father but so far he hasn’t returned that. It’s been a while since I’ve talked with my brother as well. I’d like to put the past behind us and move on.

You currently have your own shoe line out. Can you tell us about that?

It’s Taboo Deltah and you can check it out at TabooDeltah.com to see the sneaker line. They’re available at Foot Action and the Womens’ line debuts on February 22nd.

The Black Eyed Peas have confirmed that their new single is “Just Can’t Get Enough.” The electro-ballad appears on their sixth studio album, ‘The Beginning,’ which is available on iTunes now.

The Peas have also just launched the “Don’t Miss A Beat” game on YouTube where fans can take part in a music video challenge spanning the group’s entire career. You can check that out here.

Justin Bieber’s Rape Quote Controversy

Rolling Stone wanted to make a total fool of Justin Bieber so they asked the toddler his views on abortion, America, politics, sex and rape. The 16 year old had terrible answers that have caused a bit of a controversy. The masses left offended comments on Stone’s site (current tally is 169 angry commentators) following his answers that joked about America being evil and pregnancies resulted from rape ‘happen for a reason.’ (Click HERE for the full interview…)

After the backlash started to heat up, Rolling Stone tried to smooth things over a bit stating that some of Bieber’s quote regarding rape was left out.

Here is the original quote provided by the mag:

“Um. Well, I think that’s really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I guess I haven’t been in that position, so I wouldn’t be able to judge that.”

Here is the (un)improved quote:

“Um. Well, I think that’s really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I don’t know how that would be a reason. I guess I haven’t been in that position, so I wouldn’t be able to judge that.”

Here is the thing…this is a kid whose biggest decision in life right now is what color of sneakers to wear today. You can’t expect wise and worldly answers from someone who is as deep as a kiddie pool. It would be like asking me about maternal instincts.
