After CBS started cutting ties by canceling the rest of the current season of ‘Two and Half Men,’ more rumors regarding the series future have followed. Les Moonves is reportedly attempting to replace Sheen with John Stamos.

“Sources exclusively tell me that Moonves approached Stamos at Jeffrey Katzenberg’s Night Before benefit at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
“They were at the bar talking and Les asked John if he’d be interested in replacing Charlie,” one source says. “It wouldn’t be to play Charlie’s character but they talked more about introducing a new character.”
Last week Uncle Jesse Tweeted that he wasn’t replacing Charlie…
“Contrary to the rumors, I am not replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men. however, Martin Sheen has asked me to be his son.”
Charlie responded with his tender thoughts on Stamos as a replacement in the backyard interview and stated, “It’s a tragic joke. If they do that then they deserve their failures and the follies.” He has since recanted and said he was just joking about Stamos.
