I know that my job is to be a walking, talking, writing version of a tabloid rag, but I have to admit that when I heard Carson Daly was attacking Britney Spears’ management via Twitter…My first thought was, “Carson is still alive?” (I know. I am horrible.)
I digress. Carson is attacking Britney Spears’ handlers after having “insane” interview conditions. Is he unaware that she is told when to eat, breathe, smile and fart? Apparently he is and he Tweeted his frustrations when it came to the hoops he has to jump through to air an interview with her.
“I was jst TOLD my @britneyspears interview tomm on @ampradio MUST b pre-recorded & submitted 4 approval by HER mgmt b4 it can air! F THAT!”
never that restricted. Even when I interviewed Michael Jackson, it wasn’t anything like this…it’s really insane.
He must have missed the memo that she has basically stuck to e-mail interviews lately and is harder to obtain than a clean drug test from Lindsay Lohan. A fellow Twitter-er called followed his complaints by calling him an “un-professional a$$hole.” (If there is one thing I have learned…never anger a Spears Stan or a Twihard.) He tried to fire back that she was the unprofessional one by “faking an interview.” This only further angered the masses and he started to back tracking…

I didn’t know Carson was still around, either. LOL. But lately they have been airinf thos promos on NBC for the new reality contest “Voice”. And seems Carson will be a part of the project along with Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo and that pompous looking D-bag from Maroone 5.
I don’t blame Britney or her people! She’s been harrassed so badly by the paps and the media. I’ll never forget how cruel they were during her mental breakdown when she shaved her head.
How can someone’s painful turmoil be a source of humor and gossip and entertainment? Not to mention the $$$ that was made of the pics and video at the salon when they were shaving her head.
I don’t really follow her music (with the exception of Lady Gaga & Pink, I don’t even like pop music) and I’m not a fan. But I understand why they have to be the way they are after everything the poor girl has been through.
