Miley Cyrus Attacks at Paparazzi TWICE – VIDEO

Miley Cyrus lost her shiz on a looming paparazzo who bumped into her mother. Miley and Tish were leaving California Chicken Café on Tuesday when the photog, who was trying to get shots of them getting into her SUV, ran into Momma Cyrus. The former ‘Hannah Montana’ star flipped out and cornered the offending pap while pushing his camera away and yelling at him.

“Are you serious? You just hit my mom with your camera! You just ran into my mom with your camera. Don’t you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don’t you ever even think about it!”

She followed this verbal attack with another paparazzi fight on Wednesday. As she was leaving a gym in West Hollywood, another photog got too close and she lunged at his camera. He managed to keep her claws off the camera, but she made did make a point to back off. Both incidents involved paps from X17.

Julianne Moore to Play Sarah Palin in HBO Film

Julianne Moore will be taking the reins of playing Sarah Palin from Tina Fey. The red head will be going brunette and rock a Bumpit for a new movie.

HBO is cranking out at film about the 2008 Presidential election entitled, “Game Change.” The movie is based off the book with the same title penned by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann. According to Deadline: Jay Roach, who also helmed the ‘Meet the Parents’ films along with ‘Recount’ (a film about the 2000 election snafu in Florida), will be directing the film. ‘Recount’ won a Golden Globe and several Emmy awards.

So the question is whether or not the film version of the book will be more of an attack on Palin or stick to its premise and portray her as a supporting cast member versus the focus. Moore, who has multiple Oscar noms under her belt, was cast first and she is attached to liberal views. So your guess is as good as mine. The rest of the cast to join her should be interesting.

Kanye West Snubbed at Paris Fashion Week

I will let you insert a million Kanye Giant Ego jokes here. Frankly, his delusions of grandeur now bore me. However, this little tale gave me a small case of the giggles as I mentally threw him some feigned pity.

Kayne West hasn’t made many friends in the fashion world especially proclaiming himself Martin Louis the King Jr. after he cranked out some shoes including a red sneaker for Vuitton in 2009. (Editor’s note: Dorothy did it better.) So it’s hardly surprising that he was snubbed Alexander McQueen, Balmain and Louis Vuitton’s Paris fashion week shows.

Not only did he fail to snag an invite, he showed up to the venues despite the snub. He was turned away again. Reps for the fashion houses all explained that they politely turned him down.

A rep for Balmain explained, “Mr. West requested to attend and we let him know we would not be able to accommodate him. He chose to come to the door anyway and we kindly let him know we could not accommodate him.”

He slunk away to different part of the hotel where the showcase was being held after being told no. Lets just say he wasn’t happy.

Designers and their teams are snubbing more and more celebs with senses of entitlement. Organizers are “tired” of celebs with their egos showing up uninvited and expecting to get in while everyone bends over backwards to try and accommodate them and their entourage. In the struggling economy the labels are focused on appealing to press and buyers.

After he tried and failed to get into the Alexander McQueen show, he allegedly threw a fit. His temper tantrum worked and a rep confirmed that he was eventually let in by “venue management, but not through the front door.”

Rihanna and Colin Farrell Relationship ‘Getting Serious’

Rihanna is making the rounds through the ranks of Hollywood. She has the Chris Brown debacle under her belt which was followed by a relationship with Matt Kemp. Since her quiet split with the NBA star, she was rumored to be dating Travis Barker. Very little fueled that hook up fire and she was then said to be enjoying a fling with Ryan Phillippe. Now she is said to be getting serious with Colin Farrell.

34 year old Colin and 23 year old Rihanna are reportedly moving extremely fast. According to those pesky “sources” willing to spill private details, he is head-over-heels in love with RiRi. Farrell is allegedly “desperate” to have the young pop star meet his kids, 7 year old Henry and 18 month old James.

“He’s planning on spending a lot of time with Rihanna over the summer in LA so he wants his sons to be used to her and have a good relationship.
“Colin wants to break them in gently and Rihanna is dying to meet them. She thinks it’s so sweet Colin is a great daddy.”

Their relationship started with the exchange of sexy text messages. They met on Graham Norton’s show in November of 2010. Since then, the messages have turned into reality. (Video of the two on the talk show below.)

At least Colin is an upgrade from Shia LaBeouf and Brown. Of course any man that won’t bite you for looking at his cell phone is an upgrade.

Mel Gibson to Plead ‘No Contest’ in Domestic Violence Case

Looks like someone sure caught a lucky break. Mel Gibson has struck a deal and will plead no contest to simple battery in court with lawyer Blair Berk on Friday, a lesser charge than corporal injury on a spouse which he was originally facing, in order to avoid jail time. The case relates to an incident between Gibson and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, who accused Gibson of punching her in the face and knocking out her teeth during an argument. Gibson said in a written declaration he slapped her during an argument because she was hysterical and shaking their daughter, but denies hitting her.

Per ET:

Mel’s admission was part of a plea deal brokered with prosecutors to avoid a messy trial, and excuses the actor from receiving any jail time for his actions. Instead, Gibson is expected to undergo counseling (’cause that’s worked so well for him in the past) and possibly serve some length of probation.

Gibson reportedly took the plea deal in order to avoid going to trial, as celebrity trials are high wattage tabloid events (see: anytime Lindsay Lohan steps into court). Gibson’s lawyer additionally states that by accepting a plea deal, Gibson is also protecting his children, especially his young daughter Lucia. Which, after months of drama, we can only guess is a welcome relief. Well done, Blair Berk for your client. Lohan – take note.

Officials are still investigating and extortion case involving Gibson and Grigorieva. He claims his ex attempted to extort money out of him by recording him hurling abuse at her in a 2010 phone call while angry, which was later leaked to the media. Grigorieva maintains that she did not leak the recording. For his part, Gibson has claimed that Grigorieva used the audiotapes to try to extort a better settlement from him over their breakup – a deal that has been reported to be as high as $20 million. Oksana has since taken out a restraining order against Gibson, and the two are currently involved in a child custody war.

Another injustice of rich people getting away with the same crimes that send poor people to prison! The only good thing I have to say for Mel Gibson is that his handlers are handling him better than the handlers of Charlie Sheen!

Lindsay Lohan To Sue Jewelry Store; Jeweler to Auction Necklace for Charity

Never a dull day in her life. Surveillance footage of Lindsay Lohan possibly stealing that expensive necklace appeared on Entertainment Tonight’s website Monday, and on TV Tuesday night and she’s mad. So mad, in fact, that she might try to file a lawsuit against the store she allegedly stole from for selling footage of her. So. Let me get this straight – She’s not worried about looking like a THIEF throughout the world, she’s worried about her image being used without her permission?

The store, Kamofie & Co., reportedly sold the video to the Associated Press for a reported $40,000, and AP turned around and sold one-week rights to ET.

Per NY Daily News:

“It’s 100% true,” a Lohan source told the Daily News after TMZ.com reported the “Mean Girls” star planned to take jeweler Kamofie & Company to court.

Of course she wants to sue. It’s her only source of income these days. It sounds like a pathetic, defensive move to me, but Lindsay hasn’t filed suit just yet – although, she did meet with her lawyers to talk about the latest snafu yesterday. Damage Control! Lohan must be freaking out. According to some legal observers, the sale could help Team Lohan in her criminal case by suggesting the jewelers set up Lohan to profit off her being a celebrity. A representative for the jeweler has said they felt it was “necessary” to release the video, claiming it was beyond their control and “the flood of the requests to see this video were simply too overwhelming.”

Meanwhile, Kamofie & Co are planning on auctioning off the necklace and donating the proceeds to charity. The necklace was priced at $2500, but could fetch much more now that it’s attached to Lilo.

Per TMZ:

A rep for the Kamofie and Co. jewelry store announced, “We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction, and give the proceeds to charity.” As for the specific charity — the rep states, “We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds.”

The irony of the situation – they accuse her of stealing the necklace, but they end up giving it away anyway… The infamous necklace is currently being held as evidence by the Los Angeles District Attorney until Lohan’s case is over. Lohan is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning where she will either accept the plea bargain given to her by Judge Schwartz or she will go to trial.

No doubt there’s some nut out there who’s thinking, ‘I will buy that necklace, give it to Lindsay and she will become my wife.’

Miley Cyrus Sexting Kings of Leon’s Jared Followill

Miley Cyrus has been keeping her options open. A good trick always has a line at the door.

Miley has been photographed in public PDA sessions with Josh Bowman. In case you don’t keep up on her flavor of the hour…Josh was previously Amy Winehouse’s boyfriend. (Click here for those pics…) Whether or not that romance has fizzled out, Cyrus has been sexting Jared Followill since the MTV’s Europe Music Awards back in November. According to a source-type who was willing to share to Hollywood Life, the Kings of Leon member is showing off her messages.

“Miley wants to keep Jared interested. She often sends him coy text messages. So far, he is a big fan of what she has been sending.”

“He’s such a fan, in fact, he’s been bragging to his friends about her texts! “Jared loves showing off his texts from Miley,” laughs our insider. “He thinks she’s very pretty and is excited she’s still flirting with him.”

I am guessing her relationship with Bowman is either the reverse of ‘Big Love’ or over. She was also rumored to have hooked up with John Mayer at the Grammy Awards. (Click HERE for that story…)

Britney Spears to OUT: I Will Consider Plastic Surgery (PHOTOS)

I love Out Magazine (not saying that because they persuaded me with cookies, although bakery treats are always welcome). They manage to keep thing simple and sweet. The typical raw and bare interview wasn’t lost on BritBrit.

Britney Spears is Out’s April 2011 cover girl. In the spread she poses in skin revealing outfits that are all in the always flattering black and white. The mag’s site has experienced a surge in interest thanks to the ‘Hold It Against Me’ singer gracing them with her presence. The site even crashed due to the volume of eager Britney fans.

In the interview she answers each question in a well crafted answer that has semblances of true honesty in it. When it comes to filling in the blanks regarding her competition, she was kind and simple dubbing Lady Gaga as “unique” and Christina Aguilera as “truly talented.” she also admitted that plastic surgery could be in her future.

How does the thought of turning 30 later this year make you feel?
I’m excited to be out of my 20s.

How do you feel about plastic surgery?
When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it.

I first learned about sex…
When I was 12 years old. From my mom. I was confused and disgusted.

Kissing Madonna was…
Cool.

You’ve been married twice — once for only 55 hours. How do you feel about gay marriage?
I think everyone should be treated equally.

Spears is a veteran when it comes to the rumors and tabloids running amok. When asked about the constant spotlight she doesn’t go off on a tangent about media being evil or soul sucking, which in her defense can be true, but she merely answers the questions with a simple retort.

What is the dumbest, most ridiculous rumor that has been printed about you?
That I was an alien.

That I had died in a car accident.

Being able to reach people and hopefully make them happy.

Because Amanda Bynes was a Nickelodeon star and failed to get Disney’s memo on risqué photos being standard issue PR move these days, she is a bit late in the game. Bynes returned to Twitter after “quitting” back in September. As a “reward” for re-followers, she shared personal pictures she took of herself.

Amanda shared pics of herself in a bra, showing off her belly button ring, wearing lingerie inspired “tights” and playing with wigs. It’s all very Myspace ho tricks circa 2004. Either that or my friends all prudes.

Warner Brothers to Actors: YOU ARE REPLACEABLE

Warner Brothers officially fired Charlie Sheen a few days ago, but the network has been planning his termination for weeks. It’s hardly a surprise as Sheen appears to lost grip on reality and turned into a crazed Warlock of (Not)WINNING! with a superiority complex dipped in narcissism that rivals John Mayer, Kayne West and Mariah Carey all rolled into one. As Charlie was on a press tour of insanity, WB was quietly scouting out his replacement for the lead role on ‘Two and a Half Men.’ John Stamos was one of the early possible replacements. (Click HERE to see what Charlie had to say about that…) Since then Jerry O’Connell, Jason Bateman and Rob Lowe have all been considered for the lead role. Plans are to introduce the recast as new character that encompasses the same rogue-like womanizer qualities but is a respected professional in the biz. Execs are trying to iron out a deal as quickly as possible to capitalize on the press Charlie is creating and to send the message that he won’t be missed.

Warner Brothers is also using Sheen’s firing as message to other actors. Their power play is to remind all actors that they are replaceable. So the loss of the highest paid tv actor could be a benefit in the long run. As Charlie wields a machete and continues his publicized crazy rants it only helps WB not only prove their decision to fire him was justified, but they benefit from the growing awareness and interest in ‘Two and a Half Men.’
