Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Make Out At Party-PHOTOS

Ah young love…you make a girl dream big and get regular STD checks.

Though they have spent much of their time hiding their ‘forbidden’ love (with the exception of being snapped all lovey-dovey at a friend’s wedding-see those pics HERE), ‘Twilight’ co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were caught swapping spit while at the premiere party for Pattinson’s new film, ‘Water for Elephants’ (read about Pattinson’s less than sexy sex scene with Reese Witherspoon HERE).

Via US Weekly:

“They were a cute couple! [They] got along together very well” with his mom and dad. As the group left around 1 a.m., Pattinson and Stewart were “hand in hand.. They were incredibly polite!”

Pattinson did walk the red carpet for the movie’s premiere solo, but later met up with Stewart and his parents at the after party held at Le Cirque.

Pattinson’s co-star Reese Witherspoon did bring her new husband, Jim Toth (see their wedding photos HERE) where the two received several congratulatory toasts from friends throughout the evening.
