Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle

Charlie Sheen is Winning Defeated! Sheen left a Los Angeles family court late this morning after failing to win full custody of his twin sons, Bob and Max, in an emergency hearing with his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller.

According to TMZ, no change was made in their custody agreement, which means that Mueller maintains primary custody of the boys.

The judge in the Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller custody case just ruled that everything stays the same, so the custody agreement Charlie and Brooke agreed on won’t change.

Sheen and his third wife will continue to share custody of the tots though no details of the hearing were provided since the judge overseeing the case ejected the media from the courtroom given that “questions of abuse” were discussed. Sheen was trying to gain sole custody from Mueller after she apparently relapsed in her struggle with a drug addiction. Mueller is believed to have gone on a cocaine-bender last week and refused to undergo a drug test, violating part of the custody arrangement for the boys. She spent yesterday at a rehab facility as she reportedly tried to get clean. Sheen headed straight to the airport after the court appointment to make a cross country flight for his “Torpedo of Truth” show in Washington DC tonight.

Sheen’s second ex-wife, Denise Richards, has offered to take temporary custody of the boys and Mueller’s mother, Moira Fiore, has also stepped forward to look after the toddlers. A source told RadarOnline that while Mueller undergoes treatment for her addiction in an undisclosed rehab facility, her mother will provide primary care for her children.
