Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga to Appear on ‘Saturday Night Live’ Season Finale

His “Saturday Night Live” sketches have become among the most watched in YouTube history! And guess what?! He’s coming back to host the late night show again on next month’s season finale!

It’s official! Justin Timberlake has been confirmed to host the season ending episode of SNL on May 21st! (A reminder of why we love JT on SNL…)

Per Hitfix:

The musician-actor has become somewhat of a regular fixture on the show in recent years, as he has hosted several times before, and made a number of cameo appearances. Likewise, he will appear the new album “Turtlenecks and Chains,” from the “SNL”-derived comedy music group Lonely Island.

Justin is no stranger to SNL. The Beyoncé “Single Ladies” skit… Emmy-winning “Dick in a Box”… Another Emmy for his guest stint on the show in 2009, not to mention “Motherlover,” “The Barry Gibb Talk Show” and the series of “Give It on Up” skits. Seriously, they need to just hire him on as a full cast member! SNL sent out a tweet yesterday letting their followers know that JT would be back to host this season’s finale. When a Twitter follower wrote, “I didn’t realize that @nbcsnl isn’t back until May 7th!!! What am I going to do!? Is Tina Fey the season finale!? #SNL #aaahhhh,” the show responded, “Nope! We have Timberlake after that!”

The show is in reruns until May 7th when Tina Fey returns to host. And then the week after its Justin Timberlake! I cannot wait and will be setting my DVR as soon as I get home. I’m doing the happy dance! And now SNL has announced who will be the musical guest the night of the finale. Any guesses? It’s going to be huge! Before I get to who will be joining Justin I will tell you who won’t be the musical guest. If you were hoping Justin and ex-girlfriend Britney Spears were going to be reunited, they won’t. Although how amazing would that be? Drum roll please… The musical guest on SNL for the season finale will be…

Lady Gaga!

Per Zap2It:

Gaga last took the “SNL” stage in 2009 — not only as musical guest, but teaming up with Madonna for the “Deep House Dish” sketch.

The timing couldn’t be better for Gaga. Her new album, “Born This Way,” hits store shelves just a couple days later on May 23rd. I wonder if there will be any Justin/Gaga collaborations. One can hope, right?
