You may be hoping that Barak Obama is busy with Presidential responsibilities, coming up with ways to uplift the economy or at least stop wallet rape at gas stations. Looks like he is tending to far more pressing issues like Donald Trump challenging his citizenship.
Barak’s birth certificate is now public in response to claims that he was not born in America. He shared the long form version in a statement this morning that was supposed to focus on new policies. Obama started by talking about how “silly” the demands were, but provided the certificate anyway. (Photo after the cut below…)
“I know that there is going to be a segment of people for which no matter what we put out, this issue will not be put to rest,” Obama said. “But I am speaking for the vast majority of the American people as well as for the press. We do not have time for this kind of silliness. We have better stuff to do. I have got better stuff to do. We have got big problems to solve.”
“We are not going to be able to do it if we are distracted, we are not going to be able to do it if we spend time vilifying each other … if we just make stuff up and pretend that facts are not facts, we are not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by side shows and carnival barkers.”
The President had reportedly contacted Loretta J. Fuddy, the director of health at the State of Hawaii, asking for two certified copies of his original birth certificate. Judith Corley of the firm Perkins Coie then flew to the island to pick up the documents and returned yesterday. (Obama reportedly paid for this trip out of his own pocket.) This morning press assistants were handed a 6 page packet with copies of his old and new certificates as well as all the correspondence requesting the info.
Of course Donald is taking all credit for the President’s actions. He released a statement patting himself on the back…
“Today I’m very proud of myself, because I’ve accomplished something that no one else has been able to accomplish. I want to look at it, but I hope it’s true. … But he should have done it a long time ago.”

this country is becoming joke and others are probably getting a good laugh! Grow up people, you are supposed to be the ones to run this place and your acting like a bunch of kids in grade school. If people could understand that no one person is better than the next and insert that into their pea pod heads maybe we would not be in the shape we are in now! Hey there are some people who THOUGHT they were better before they filed bankruptcy and lost everything and then there are real hardworking people that always pay cash for everything and only buy things when they know they can afford it and do not have to finance it to make themselfs appear to be better and who never had to file CHAPTER 13! But ya know……… THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW WE ALL SHOULD BE GETTING ALONG AND WORKING TOGETHER TO GET THIS PLACE OUT OF THE WHOLE ITS IN!!! In my oppinion all the politicians should be wearing waders because they all dish out a bunch of… well ya know! Grow up people, make yourself look a little more profesional and stop all the b.s. arguing over grade school S…! Work together and lets turn this country around and stop worring about who has more than this and that person and who is a republican or democrat, at this point it does not matter!! if anyone was that worried they would be working together instead of against one another! goes to show all the people out there that its never going to get better at the rate this country is going nothing will ever get solved to fix this place, so we my as well look at it now, the only ones that can make a difference or even attempt to make their life better in any way is yourself! People need to start acting their age, and if they care about anything or have decency for any one person they would quit all this grade school S… and stop worrying about who made who do what and who should get the credit……..!! Next telivision comercial is going to be PLEASE HELP FEED THE AMERICANS, FOR A DOLLAR A DAY YOU CAN HELP FEED AND PROVIDE MEDICAL FOR THE AMERICAN KIDS!!!!! think about it people. We teach our children not to bully or pick on other people and that one person is not better than the other…. COMMON what and how our children grow up is what we teach them… I will not teach my child that their is a diffrence between a republican or democrat because I teach them we are all equal we are all the same, just that some were raised without any morals! People please lets teach our children better values of politics and life for when they are older.
