Osama Bin Laden DEAD – VIDEO

Thousands took to the streets of New York to celebrate a little bit of justice at Ground Zero as President Barak Obama confirmed that Osama Bin Laden is dead.

A little bit of justice for the 9/11 attacks has finally been achieved as the man who orchestrated the terrorist attack that took nearly 3,000 victims lives. After months of intelligence work and help from Pakinstan, Osama Bin Laden was shot in the head after a successful raid by American military. A 40 minute “kill mission” took place at a “mansion” that is said to have been built with the goal of hiding the al Qaeda leader. His location was in Abbottabad, Pakistan, about two hours outside of Islamabad.

A small helicopter raid, that a senior U.S. defense official mentioned involved U.S. Navy SEALs, took place in Pakistan. A firefight and resistance lasted less than an hour and resulted in the death of Osama, three other adult males and one adult female. Two are said to be couriers and one is rumored to be the son of bin Laden. The woman died after one of the men was using her as a human shield.

Osama’s body was buried at sea in what some theorize as an attempt to prevent a burial site from becoming a shrine to the slain leader or used as propaganda for his followers. DNA matching is being conducted to further confirm that bin Laden has been killed. Photographs of his slain body are rumored to be pending a public release. Obama was shot in the side of the head and officials who have seen the images assert that it is very obvious that it is the al Qaeda leader.

CNN also reported that the room in which Osama’s body had been removed was full of computers that had been broken and destroyed. A second adjoining room was also full of computers that had been deliberately destroyed and had their hard drives ripped out.

Another video that is being shared by ABC shows the aftermath of the room in which most of the gunfire took place. Blood stains large parts of floor as a dusty and ravaged room shows bin Laden wasn’t hiding in the caves in squalor as we once thought. Warning! The video shows the blood smeared floor and some might finding it disturbing.

U.S. officials said that Bin Laden’s body would be handled in accordance with Muslim traditions, which include strict rules on burial taking place within 24 hours after death.
His body was released into the ocean from a U.S. Navy vessel on Monday, May 2, likely into the Indian Ocean. He was killed in a U.S. raid launched in Abbottabad, near the Pakistani capital of Islamabad.
U.S. would not have wanted keep the body and there to be a physical grave site for fear of it turning into a place of worship for bin Laden’s followers.
