Every party needs a drunk girl stumbling around busting out random interludes from some Kelly Clarkson songs as one of her eyes rolls into her head before announcing that she is in love with your pool boy. (May or may not be a true.) But, Prince will not have drunk tricks upstaging him.
Whitney Houston just entered out-patient rehab. Her rep weaved a tale of boozehound tune-up, but a tale of Prince banning her for drinking an entire mini bar and snorting something she found under the bathroom sink suggest she needs more than just a new nicotine patch.
“Whitney attended several Prince concerts in the last few weeks and appeared to be “intoxicated” at each show — though our sources never saw Whitney drink alcohol or take drugs.
We’re told Whitney was constantly badgering Prince’s staff to let her up on the stage … but Team Prince shot her down every time because P’s people “didn’t want her to embarrass herself.”
Prince has since banned her from stepping foot on his concert Welcome Mat.
