So much for their insanely attractive future children. Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli have called it quits – again – officially ending their 5 year relationship. The couple, who have dated mostly on but sometimes off since 2006, “just grew apart and went their separate ways,” according to a source who described their breakup as “amicable.”
Per E!:
“Leo was getting a lot of pressure from friends, family, and Bar to take the next step in their relationship and get married,” a source close to the couple tells us. “He wasn’t ready for that.”
The pair had reportedly been broken up since last week and rumors of a split began to circulate before then, when DiCaprio spent a boys weekend with Bradley Cooper and Ryan Kavanaugh in Mexico last month. The reportedly made the decision to end their relationship after realizing their hectic work schedules had left them with little time to see each other. They took six months off from their relationship in 2009, so don’t be surprised if you see them back together in the future. Refaeli had said the time off was good for their relationship. Take note, Leo fans: if you want a shot at him, better make your move now.
