Doherty had pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine last month after a filmmaker, Robin Whitehead, overdosed while making a documentary about him. He was discovered to be her supplier, but was not responsible for her death as toxicology reports sourced heroin poisoning as the official cause. The BBC reports that a judge has given a ruling that will put Pete in jail for the third time.
