Sure she’s pretty to look at, but to watch her complain about how wealthy she is on her mediocre reality television program is not as glamorous. How about listening to her? If her 2006 self-titled album wasn’t enough for you – Paris Hilton’s got more in the works.
As Paris prepares to release a new reality show titled ‘The World According to Paris,’ she is also ready to emerge from the studio with her new album, which she recently took a moment to speak with reporters about.
“I have a recording studio in my house so any time I have free time I’m writing and working [on new music],” she told reporters on a conference call to promote her new show The World According To Paris. “I’ve been working on this album for a really long time because I want it to be perfect. I recently changed the direction of the album. It was more pop before but now I’m getting rid of a lot of songs and going into a different direction with house music, so it will be a lot more dance and club.”
Before I go any further bashing her next album, let’s stop to think – is she any different than Ke$ha?! Sure, she probably can’t sing, but her music is fun and great for the club. She’s probably working with the best producers as well, so her album will likely gather a hit or two. It’s not known which producers Paris has been working with, but she did reveal David Guetta is one hit-maker she’d love to collaborate with. Lil Wayne also said he’d be interested in recording with Hilton for the album. A release date for the untitled album has yet to be announced, but it should be in stores before the years end.
