Creepy couples everywhere woke up this morning, rolled over, took one look at who they was drooling on the shoulder before chewing their arm off and leaving a break up note on a Post It. (Click HERE to see what other REALLY?! couple also called it quits…)
According to a source who cried to Perez, Diaz was bending over backward to make the STD dispenser happy. He had enough of the I AM TRYING SO HARD, LOVE ME!!! looks (think Jessica Simpson or Jennifer Aniston dressing up her cats in bibs – I shouldn’t believe those rumors but Maddox is insistent).
“They’ve broken up. (Cameron is) hurt and betrayed, because she tried so hard to please him. She went overboard.”
What also tugs at my little no-heart is the fact that Diaz was reportedly banking on an engagement ring. A-Rod was spotted looking at engagement rings earlier this year after Cameron introduced the ball player to her mother. I don’t know why some tricks think the can tame the slut out of a man like A-Rod.

No surprise. If it had been the other way around, no surprise either. These “famous” people are so full of themselves. If they had gone through with it, it’s very unlikely it would have lasted. Real committment is not the way of the world today. If it feels good, just do it. Politicians, sports stars, music and movie celebrities are all the same. Their lifestyles don’t set an example. It’s rare to see a lasting, faithful (or even reasonably faithful) relationship or marriage these days. I really think the people “in the news” don’t know how to love, share, or maintain a caring partnership and they’re missing out. It’s sad. They could have it all but they just don’t know how or care to find out.
