They are admittedly easy to pick on. Ke$ha looks like John Travolta’s female alter ego, Miss Terry Box, and Sean Penn and the words Russian hooker or baseball bat can be a fantastic joke setup.
Zach Galifianakis had some choice words for each of them. In his interview with Rolling Stone, the ‘Hangover’ star revealed that he has a strong distaste for the “singer” and the actor along with parents who let their children see his movies…
Regarding Ke$ha and her music that includes lyrics about alcohol abuse (really, using a perfectly good bottle of Jack to brush one’s teeth is truly a booze foul): “I saw that Ke$ha woman the other day,” he told the mag after explaining that she had previously contacted him about meeting for a drink. Several days later, Galifiankis ran into the singer at a bar: “She was sitting by herself, and I walked up to her and said, ‘Listen, I got your e-mail. Your music is really bad! I don’t know who listens to it, but I imagine it’s, like, six-year-olds — and it’s a bad message.’”
Regarding Sean Penn Versus a Roast Beef Sandwich and a side of curly fries: “When Penn offered Galifianakis a role in ‘Into the Wild,’ instead of graciously declining the offer, the extremely professional actor, instead, told the Academy Award winner that he couldn’t talk because he had an appointment at Arby’s — oh and to “send my Jews the script.”
As for parents who patron ‘Hangover’ with the brats: “When “little kids” approach Galifianakis to let him know they love him in ‘The Hangover,’ instead of thanking his mini fans, he tells them that they have awful parents — “And I mean it,” he adds.
