Jennifer Aniston Kicked Brad Pitt Out

A new book by Arnon Milchan reveals that Jennifer Aniston told Brad Pitt to pack up and get out of their home after he confessed that he was in love with Angelina Jolie. Jolie has emphatically denied that she became involved with Pitt while she was co-starring with him in “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” but book quotes from Milchan not only confirm that the two did hook up during filming, but that Aniston immediately threw him out of their home when she learned of the affair. Can you blame her?

The book, entitled “Confidential: The Life of Secret Agent Turned Hollywood Tycoon,” reveals that Milchan actually cast Pitt and Nicole Kidman as the married spy pair in his movie, but Pitt dropped out of the project due to the lack of chemistry between him and Kidman. Enter Angelina Jolie as the female lead, and Pitt was back on board. The book also reveals that he was under the spell of Jolie’s beauty just after he’d cast Jolie as the lead in his movie. Pitt even went on to call him and said he was glad to play Mr. to Jolie. I guess from then on there was a lot of flirting and hanging-out-behind-closed-doors on the set. And it seems Ms. Aniston was aware that something was going on between the two when she visited the set.

Per Daily Mail:

He recounts: ‘At first, Jen didn’t believe he was involved with Angelina. She started asking around but no one would tell her anything because they were loyal to Brad, so she asked him point blank. He denied it.’

The production, and Brad’s PR rep went into full denial mode as rumors of the affair spread through Hollywood. Pitt and Aniston then visited the Caribbean along with best friends David Arquette and Courteney Cox for New Years Eve. However, the tension was unbearable and he finally fessed up that he was in love with Jolie, derailing their relationship… and essentially turning ‘Brangelina’ into a household name.

‘Jen was furious and threw him out.’

He then collected his personal belongings from their house and went on to live with Milchan, where he would make a low-key entrance to the film set every day, and Aniston filed for divorce in March of 2005. Aniston reached the decision to divorce after seeing photos of Pitt along with Jolie and her son Maddox on a beach in Kenya.
