Guiliana Rancic has announced that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. My little withered grinchy no heart gives a little beat in sympathy.
The E! correspondent confirmed that she made the discovery after her third attempt at IVF (in vitro fertilization). She is taking a positive attitude after the initial shock.
“I will be okay, because I found it early. I’m doing surgery this coming week, and then I go to radiation for six and a half weeks.”
Rancic also plans to continue her quest for a baby after she recovers.
“I still want this baby … because this baby has saved my life. I truly feel God was looking out after me … If I had gotten pregnant later down the line, I could have been a lot sicker.”
I hate writing about these stories. I much rather poke fun at Lindsay Lohan’s meth mouth. Shallow and snarky are my forte.
