The jacket that Natasha is wearing while talking to Loki in his cell disappears after a shot shift from her to Loki near the beginning of the scene.
When Natasha goes to Calcutta to get Bruce Banner, Natasha is heard talking but her reflection in the small mirror behind Bruce isn’t.
When New York is being attacked, a cable attached to a car being blown up is visible.
Tony Stark’s chest ring that keeps shrapnel from entering his heart appears to be off in the scene where Loki escapes from the helicopter. (It’s also not on when he and Loki are talking in Stark Tower, but he is wearing two a dark colored shirts which could explain the ring not being visible.)
The duct tape on a punching bag that Captain America is using appears and reappears through the scene.
While Natasha is being interrogated, the billboard seen outside the building is just mash up of Cyrillic letters that don’t spell or mean anything.
The cuts on Tony Stark’s forehead disappear after Thor rips off the face of the Iron Man suit.
