With such a great role model – we’re surprised! Marston Hefner, the oldest son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, was arrested over the weekend for allegedly attacking his girlfriend and yes, you’re reading this right – his girlfriend is 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Claire Sinclair. According to TMZ, cops were called to the couple’s home by a member of Claire’s family who called 911 claiming Marston attacked Claire. When cops arrived they saw visible injuries on her body.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Marston admitted the two had gotten into an argument … but did not cop to striking Sinclair.

Sources tell us … Sinclair told cops Marston had punched her, kicked her in the stomach and then refused to let her leave the residence. We’re told Sinclair called family members after the alleged attack … and her family called the cops.

Marston was then arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence and booked. He was later released on $20,000 bail. Yesterday Claire took out an emergency restraining order against Marston forcing him to stay away from her for three days while she moves out of his place.

Sounds like a real ladies man. But since his daddy is rich, he will get off with California justice.

Los Angeles’ Dependency Court has ruled that Gabriel Aubry can only have contact with his 3 year-old daughter Nahla when a monitor is present in the room. The Department of Children and Family Services reportedly uncovered numerous incidents of “bad parenting,” such as him yanking his daughter from the nanny and pushing the nanny while she was holding his child.

Per TMZ:

The Dependency Court ordered that Gabriel can only have contact with his daughter in the presence of a monitor to ensure the safety of Nahla.

Gabriel has been ordered to take anger management classes and will have to fulfill several other requirements – as well as counseling before the restriction is lifted. The Department of Children and Family Services interviewed the 3 year old daughter, who talked about being frightened when her father would scream at her.

Every parent should be monitored then if all it takes is yelling at a child. I think it’s a daily occurrence at my house. I yell at my kids when they do something bad. Should I be expecting to lose custody?

To commemorate Valentine’s Day and the release of his new album Ringo 2012, Ringo Starr has launched a “Wonderful Valentine” contest on his Facebook. Fans can visit the contest tab on Facebook and tell one of their friends they think they are “Wonderful.” Each fan can enter to win a personalized message from Ringo Starr for that special someone on Valentine’s Day!

Ringo recently dished on the song “Wonderful” – “I hope this will be my big Valentine’s Day song. With the official cast announcement just a few weeks away, “Dancing With the Stars” casting rumors are running rampant. Ryan Tedder of One Republic dropped the ‘mirror’ ball on the red carpet last night at the Grammy Awards. In an interview, Ryan revealed his good friend Gavin Degraw is lined up for the next season of DWTS.

Per Hollywood Reporter:

“Gavin DeGraw is doing Dancing With the Stars, I heard,” Tedder spilled on the red carpet. The duo most recently collaborated on DeGraw’s “Not Over You” and “Sweeter,” and both have been known to gush about each other’s talents to the press — a true bromance. “He’s amazing. He’s one of my favorite male singers alive,” Tedder added.

It is not yet clear whether DeGraw has officially inked a deal to appear on the hit show, but it sounds like DeGraw has bounced back from the brutal bar beating after a run-in with a trio of thugs in New York last August that left him hospitalized with a concussion and broken nose. Other rumored names for the show include Bruce Jenner, Giuliana Rancic, Perez Hilton, Paula Deen, and Sherri Shepherd. The official cast line-up of “DWTS” season 14 is expected to be unveiled on “Good Morning America” on Tuesday, February 28th.

It’s a sad day for music fans as another legend was taken from us. On the eve of music’s biggest night, singing superstar Whitney Houston died today. In a world of celebrity death rumors, this one comes with a confirmation from Houston’s publicist Kristen Foster.

Per TMZ:

According to our sources, Houston died at the Beverly Hilton hotel. A police crime lab vehicle was seen outside the hotel just moments ago.

No cause of death has been found and the story is ongoing. We’ll keep you updated on all of the new info as it comes.

Whitney is survived by her daughter Bobbi Kristina. Some reports are saying it was drug related but until we get the official word, all we can say is that the cause of death is unknown… RIP Whitney.

Halle Berry asked the courts to allow her and her young daughter to move to France with her new fiance Oliver Martinez. One reason for the move is due to the “Hollywood Stalker Robert Hoskins” sending her multiple death threats!

Per TMZ:

We’ve learned there have been and are serious threats to Halle’s life and she feels the move is a life or death situation. Law enforcement sources tell us … Robert Hoskins, a mentally unstable man, escaped from a mental institution last week. We’ve learned he has made threats against Halle’s life — specifically to “slit her throat.”

Didn’t you guys know that France has one of those state-of-the-art stalker forcefields around it? Right. Because there are no nuts in other countries.

At 54 years old this man is considered highly psychotic, extremely violent and should not be approached! In the 90′s Hoskins jumped the fence to Madonna’s house and was shot by her personal security. Let’s hope Madonna’s and Berry’s current security will be just as good! Why doesn’t they get herself one of those Israeli bodyguards? I’m sure Justin Bieber can recommend some good ones.

The photograph shows the glamour model with one hand on her nephews chest and her other hand propping up her head as she struggles to keep her eyes open.

Now granted, Coco is very close with her sister Krissy and was even in the delivery room with her as she had the baby, but is this crossing the line? Most people thought it was a little strange that she was falling asleep naked with her breasts clearly visible next to a young boy – regardless that he’s her nephew!

I don’t care how close I am with my sister and her kids, I don’t think I would ever take a pic like this. A baby is not an accessory to a nude photo shoot. How inappropriate.

Nashville singer/songwriter Kip Moore recently released his single “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck” to both critical and fan acclaim. The video has nearly four million hits on YouTube and the track is rising quickly through the country singles charts (currently in the top 25), with journalists lauding his originality and passion – some are even comparing him to Bruce Springsteen:

“For years, I have been searching for the missing link between blue-collar rock and country music,” says noted journalist Robert K. Oermann, who writes for Music Row magazine. “This year, I think I have heard it. His name is Kip Moore… the roaring, propulsive performances on his debut album sound like signposts on the highway to some Southern-fried Born to Run.”

It’s a fun song that everybody lived at a young age.”

The second season of ‘The Voice‘ just kicked off Sunday and already there’s lots of rumors going around about a third season!The original judges: Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee-lo Green all returned for the new season. Now it looks like at least one of the Judges has already negotiated their way back for a third season!

Per The Wrap:

Aguilera is the first of the four “Voice” judges to re-up her contract, which TheWrap last week reported amounted to a pricey $10 million, far more than “X Factor” judges earn on Fox.

Also we won’t be waiting until next winter for the third season because NBC plans to bring The Voice back this fall. And get this – NBC is going to position The Voice against ‘The X-Factor‘ on Fox. This could get interesting! As for the other Judges, it’s likely they too will return for season three this fall!

I watched the season premiere on Sunday and I just love this show. It’s nice to see people being judged solely on talent and not on their physical appearance! This is how it should be. Music is for the ears not for the eyes!

Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s divorce is final! All that’s left to do is tough out the 6 month waiting period for divorces in California – then they will both be considered legally single! The exact terms of the breakup are confidential, all we know is that Brand filed for divorce from Katy last year due to irreconcilable differences. The former couple made it longer than most celebs, but who didn’t see this relationship ending?!

Because there was no pre-nup for their marriage, legally Brand is entitled to half of what Perry brought in from May of 2010 to May of 2011. This just so happened to be her most successful period! Katy made $44 million between May 2010 and May 2011 — They married in October 2010, so Russell could have scored a fortune if he exercised his community property rights. And that’s a big ‘if.’

“This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch (Yiddish for a good person).” He doesn’t want Katy’s money. He’s happy to walk away with the money he earned — which is far less than what Katy raked in.
