Does Lady Gaga have a new main man? Rumor has it she’s dating the hot actor from her ‘You and I‘ music video, ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Taylor Kinney. He played the mad scientist love interest of Gaga in the video, and the pair was spotted spending Labor Day Weekend together in Mission Viejo California. A source close to Gaga tells People Magazine that the pair is “hooking up.”

Lady Gaga is the current top choice by L.A. producers for a role in an Amy Winehouse biopic according to the report. Whether or not this film will actually be made is the real question. The Winehouse movie rumor started a few days ago and seems very preemptive. One could argue that Hollywood is all out of fresh film ideas and Amy’s death is still a new hot topic. A few biopic rumors also made a brief appearance after Heath Ledger’s death, but nothing ever materialized.

MTV announced the nominations for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards last night – I’m excited for the VMA’s coming up in August, but this also means summer is slowly coming to an end! We’re not surprised that Katy Perry and Adele were most nominated… But the VMA’s also reached out to a variety of stars, such as Thirty Seconds to Mars for their video “Hurricane” and the Beastie Boys‘ “Make Some Noise.” But, ummm… what about Rihanna? This is awkward, considering she dominated the pop music video scene with “Only Girl in the World,” “What’s My Name,” and “S & M.” No nominations for The Black Eyed Peas either!

According to Ian Halperin, same guy who brought us Angelina Jolie’s tell-all about her penchant for latex and voodoo sex, Lady Gaga is a “ticking time bomb” that lives on drugs and Twinings Earl Grey Tea.
Ian “reveals” that Gaga munches on pills, pot and booze instead of eating proper food. She has always been open about her drug use so this is hardly tripping my shocked face.
