Naomi Watts to Play Princess Diana

There was a big old fashioned Hollywood Catfight for the role of Princess Diana. The biopic, ‘Caught in Flight,’ has been in the works for years, but it appears that the film finally has made it past talks.

BBC news reports that Naomi Watts has scored the role of playing the princess. The movie will center around Diana’s life after royalty and focus on her time with Dr. Hasnat Khan and the last two years of her life.’Caught in Flight’ will be directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and start shooting later this year in England.

Umm… I am no superhero savant, but Thor has a magical big ass hammer, Iron Man has the gadget ridden suit, Captain America has a shield that is indestructible, Hawkeye has bow and arrow with a quiver of trick arrows, the Hulk is a gigantic ball of rage with super strength…and Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow has a teeny tiny gun?! Ok.

New ‘Hunger Games Trailer – VIDEO

‘The Hunger Games’ is poised to become the new movie that sweeps the dolla’ bills out of your wallet. The movie, like most films lately, is based on a sci-fi book series that is nearing the 1 million copies sold marker. You know, like ‘Twilight’ but without sparkly vampires and an ending that makes you want to apologize to your eyeballs for the epic waste of time.

The Lions Gate film hits theaters on March 23, 2012 with a sequel projected for November 22,2013.

New Season of ‘Arrested Development to Premiere on Netflix in 2013

Huzzah! The entire cast will return to film a new season of ‘Arrested Development.’ The new episodes will make their debut on Netflix according to one of the show’s writers, Dean Lorey.

A 10 episode followup is already underway. The confirmation that the cult hit will return came in October. The idea of bringing the series back has been tossed around for years. Finally, in October the ‘AD’ creator, Mitch Hurwitz, confirmed the return. Jason Bateman followed with a confession that the Bluths would be back.

‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Gets New Audio, Bane’s Voice Clearer

Good news everybody! No, the economy is still in the proverbial crapper and men are still trying to rock skinny jeans. BUT the audio problems in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ have been fixed!

A rework has been done after a test audience and fans who have heard the garbled voice of Bane in the third installment of Christopher Nolan’s Batman series highlighted the fact that Tom Hardy sounded like a German Darth Vader trapped in a Pacman machine.
