Despite thousands of reports that Joel Madden made an honest woman out of his baby-mama, Nicole Richie, the Good Charlotte front man has taken to his own personal blog to deny it.

“I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn’t get married.”

The rumors of the two’s nuptials hit the internet this week after it was reported the two had applied for a marriage license just outside of Los Angeles.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are the James Bond of getting secretly married. They reportedly wed on Wednesday in a super stealth ceremony.

One source says that Nicole and Joel, real name Joel Ryan Combs, obtained a marriage license
sometime last week and married in a top secret ceremony on Wednesday.

So far reps are running around too busy to answer any questions as to their marriage status. My guess is no. While Nicole has more parenting skills than Balloon Boy’s and the Gosselins combined, I think she’d have media lined up for an such an event.

Nicole Richie Car Accident Photos

Yesterday afternoon Nicole Richie was rear ended in car accident. Of course two photographers were behind the wheel of the car that hit Richie. Luckily, her children were NOT in the car with her.

“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her,” said Lt. Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police. “She complained of pain … Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene.”

He added: “She told officers she was going to seek her own medical treatment, so it’s unknown if she’s headed to a hospital or not.”

The driver of the offending vehicle was booked and arrested due to the fact he didn’t have license.

Nicole Richie Has a Baby Boy, Sparrow

Nicole Richie has given birth to a baby boy! The “Simple Life” cohort announced via her website that she and Joel Madden welcomed their second child.

In the middle of night, the very early hours of September 9, 2009
Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

He weighs 7lbs 14oz. Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing
well. Thank you for all of your good wishes.

Celebrity Reactions to the Death of DJ AM, Adam Goldstein

Its with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of another musical artist. Adam Goldstein, more famously known as DJ AM, was found dead in his New York City apartment on Friday afternoon. The cause of death is still unknown at this time but a source claims drug paraphernalia, such as a pipe commonly used to smoke drugs, and prescription drug bottles were found in the apartment next to his body.

Celebrities are taking to their personal Twitter pages to send out their condolences and thoughts about Goldstein.

Per TMZ:

John Mayer: In complete shock.

Lindsay Lohan: i can’t believe this.. i’m in shock. why? why? r.i.p. adam.

Alyssa Milano: May you rest in peace, Adam. You touched many with your light and will be missed like crazy.

Ryan Seacrest: So sad the hear about adam. a very kind and generous guy.

Dr. Drew: I lack the words to describe my feelings.

Ashton Kutcher: much love to my boy AM.

Soliel Moon Frye: Thank you for bringing so much music and inspiration to peoples lives. Rip Dj Am.

Heidi Montag: my thoughts and prayers are with DJ AM’s family and friends.

Shanna Moakler: My deepest condolences for DJ AM, you were a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and Prayers to his family and friends.

A friend reportedly arrived at Adam’s apartment to check on him after not hearing from him for a few days, but got no response after knocking on his door. The friend then called the police, who entered and found his body. He was only 36 years old. His last public appearance was this past Sunday at Citi Field in NYC where he threw out the first pitch at a Mets game. He last updated his personal Twitter on Tuesday with a chilling lyric from the opening line to the famous Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five song “New York, New York.”

Per DJ AM’s Twitter:

“New york, new york. Big city of dreams, but everything in new york aint always what it seems.”

Goldstein had previously been battling drug addiction and even had a show on the MTV network to help out those who were struggling with drugs. He was very popular on the celebrity circuit as he was frequently booked for high profile parties and celebrations. Goldstein was once engaged to Nicole Richie and also dated Mandy Moore on and off for several years. A year ago, he suffered severe burns when the Learjet carrying him and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker crashed near a runway in South Carolina, killing 4 people, heading to California.

Tonight Goldstein was supposed to be deejaying at Rain in Las Vegas, Nevada. No additional details regarding Adam Goldstein’s death have been revealed, as the story is still developing. Our deepest sympathies and condolences go out to his family and friends during this tragic time.

Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan Together Again

Maybe her daddy is loosening her strings just a little too much lately… This past Sunday night, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan met up at the Grand Star Jazz Club in LA, cheesin’ for a couple of snapshots and appearing to have a great time together. While neither of them looked like they were drinking anything harder than a coke, the two have a bad history from their wilder days of partying together.

Maybe the two were simply sharing hair-dying tips, since both recently went back to blonde. Maybe Britney was schooling Lindsay on the art of the successful comeback. Who knows, But whatever it is, it simply just can’t be good. The last time these two hung out, it wasn’t long after that Britney was admitted to a psych ward, and Lindsay started on her bed-hopping quest, then declaring soon afterwards she was no longer straight. Hmmm… could this be the calm before the storm? Or maybe the key ingredient for the storm last time was Paris Hilton, who thankfully was missing from the pow-wow this time around. She was around both girls, along with Nicole Richie, when all their troubles and meltdowns started.

Word to the wise, Papa Spears – Keep Paris Hilton away from your daughter at all costs! And Doug Reinhardt – Run! Run while you still can!

Samantha Ronson Dumps Lindsay Lohan – Again!

In their recent “blink-and-miss-the-brief-reconciliation” relationship, it seems as if Samantha Ronson has again found her brain and ended things with kleptomaniac Lindsay Lohan. A pal of Ronson says that while the couple never officially reconciled romantically, their relationship has now hit the ultimate dead end with no chance of even a friendship remaining after Lohan has reportedly been publicly displaying some disturbing and maniac behavior lately.

Per People:

“Sam let Lindsay back into her life as a friend, but now even a friendship seems impossible,” says the source. “No matter how many times she promises to change, Lindsay loses control and starts acting like a maniac.

The source also claims that Lindsays recent antics are what prompted Sam to cut Lindsay out of her life. In addition to being investigated for a jewel theft from an Elle photo shoot in London (read about that here), Lohan posted a half naked photograph of herself yesterday on her Twitter with the caption “I’m THAT bored!” before twittering a personal shout-out to Ronson saying “I can’t sleep. Samantha Ronson — it’s your fault.” Later, Lindsay accused Samantha of cheating, again by twittering, “Why do people cheat? When love is always standing right in front of their face(s)?? SR?”

The pair are said to have broken things off again Monday night after a brutal argument over none other than Nicole Richie. Apparently Nicole has always been a major sticking point in the relationship between Ronson and Lohan, making no secret of her distaste for Lindsay.

Per E!:

“Nicole refuses even to be in the same room as Lindsay,” says a source, noting that just last week Nicole invited Sam to a mutual friend’s birthday party at Bar Marmont with the stipulation that she not bring Lindsay. “Sam went to the party, and it really upset Lindsay,” says the source.

After having dinner with Nicole at Izakaya on Monday night, Sam allegedly sent Lindsay a breakup text, giving her the old heave-ho and telling her not to talk to her ever again. Doesn’t seem like its really affected Lindsay much however, as she was seen yesterday in good spirits out shopping in NYC. Whats it going to take for Lohan to clean up her act? I dont feel sorry for her – she’s made her bed, now its time to lay in it.

Wonder how long it will take until they are photographed together again. By the time you finish reading this, they’ll probably be back on… again.

Nicole Richie Doesn’t Want to Get Married Any Time Soon – Video

The slightly classier one from “Simple Life” was on “Larry King Live” talking about being a mother, outgrowing her drug addictions and her second pregnancy.

Nicole Richie channeled her best Anne Hathaway and sounded somewhat intelligent while chatting with Larry King. She also brought her daughter, Harlow, on the show. They strayed into the topic of what the gender of their still incubating baby.

Larry King: You don’t know yet if she’s going to have brother or a sister?
Nicole Richie: I don’t yet. We didn’t find out with her either.
King: You didn’t find out?
Nicole: No. I like the surprise.

Larry also asked about any plans she has to marry Joel Madden. Several times in the past these two were rumored to be planning a wedding and finally ready to exchange vows. Nicole quickly debunked that explaining they are just focused on their family.

“That is definitely a dream of mine one day. Right now we’re really, really focused on our family, we’re focused on our foundation. As far as feeling that need of commitment…we both really have that in each other.”

She also revealed recently that she and Joel are hoping for a boy. Her choice in names would be Baron, Kypher or Martavious. I guess when you are rich you can name your kid Kick Me and get away with it.

New Babies Join Ranks of Hollywood Offspring

Another day, another future Hollywood A-lister is born! Comedian Wanda Sykes is now the proud parent of twins! Her wife Alex gave birth to daughter Olivia Lou and son Lucas Claude on April 27th. The twins are the first children for Wanda and Alex, who were married last October.

Per People:

“All are happy and healthy and at home,” says Sykes’s rep Danica Smith.

Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long, while Lucas Claude tipped the scales at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20-inches long. Wanda hosted the the White House Correspondents Dinner over the weekend, but managed to not slip up and say she now has two babies at home! How Wanda kept this secret for over two weeks is a mystery.

In other baby news, WNBA star Candace Parker has given birth to a baby girl. The Los Angeles Sparks player and husband Shelden Williams of the Minnesota Timberwolves do not wish to release their daughter’s name at this time, are hoping to share that tidbit with both sides of the family and close friends first. The baby girl weighed in at 7 lbs., 6 oz and 20″ long and is the first child for the couple, who were married in November.

Per The Associated Press:

“Shelden and I are thrilled,” Parker said in a release. “This is such a life changing moment for us, we feel blessed to have a healthy and beautiful baby girl.”

Candace says she plans to rejoin the Los Angeles Sparks once she receives clearance from her physician. The new season starts up June 6th. A new baby AND playing ball – thats going to be one tired mama! But then again, thats what celebrities get nannies for!

Also in the baby-headline news is is that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will soon be the parents of a baby boy, who is expected to make his appearance in August. Joel announced the impending bundle of joy a few months ago on his bands personal website.

“Joel bought water-based paint for the nursery and — surprise, surprise — it’s blue,” reveals a pal of the couple, who adds that Nicole refers to the baby as “he.” “Plus, she recently ordered some plush animals and infant toys from FAO Schwarz, and everything just happens to be blue.”

The happy couple are already proud parents to a beautiful 16 month old daughter named Harlow. Whether the baby is a boy or a girl, judging from Harlow’s smile in all the paparazzi photographs floating around, Nicole and Joel are already pros at passing down their senses of humor.

Nicole Richie’s Maternity Line

Nicole Richie has confirmed the rumors – she is coming out with her own maternity line of clothes. There have been rumors about this line for quite some time now, but it looks as if it will soon become a reality!

Per Stylist:

“Nicole is determined to bring out a line of clothes, with the focus being on maternity wear. Her line is going to be clean and simple, with emphasis on clothes that flatter the figure without drawing attention to the fact the wearer is pregnant,” says a source.

“The Simple Life” star recently announced she was pregnant with her second child. She and her long term boyfriend, “Good Charlotte” frontman Joel Madden, already have a one-year-old daughter, Harlow. Richie says she’s focusing on a brand for her fellow expectant mothers.

Per ShowbizSpy via People:

“There will be a maternity line, a clothing line, shoes, belts, everything.” says Richie.

Nicole has already successfully launched her own jewelery line called “The House of Harlow 1960.” The jewelry line sold out of inventory through pre-order sales before Richie could get her line in stores. Her maternity line is sure to follow suit.
