1) It’s not the way she is holding the arrow at the end. It’s the fletchings (the feather looking thins and the back of an arrow) that are on backward, as pointed out in the article. Try reading everything first.

2) The sleeping bag appears and reappears during one specific scene, not the overnight scene…once again as pointed out in the article.

3) The remote could be up for debate. I don’t see it in several shots. It’s just for a moment, but I think it gets lost in editing.

4) The arrows seem to be right, but I thought I miscounted at one point. It’s hard to see without being able to pause! (Just one more reason I can’t wait for the dvd!)

4) Her pants are clearly wet at first by dry seconds later after she finds Peeta and gets him up.

1) There is nothing wrong with the way Katniss is holding the arrow at the end, and the position stays consistent.

2) Katniss’ sleeping bag is in the scene at night, but gone by morning. There is plenty of time for her to pack the bag up.

3) The scenery remote never disappears from her hand. It’s translucent, so a bit hard to see, but it’s definitely there.

3) Katniss’ pants are clearly wet after she walks through the river. They are still wet when Peeta grabs her leg.

5) Clove is with Cato/Marvel when Peeta falls from the net. Glimmer is with Cato/Marvel when Peeta throws the ball. However, there is a sequence in between in which Peeta stands up and grabs the ball from the rack. There is plenty of time for Clove to walk away and Glimmer to walk up. This is not necessarily a continuity error. However, there is an error in the scene involving arm position. For instance, in the wide shot, Cato’s arms are at his side, but it immediately cuts to a medium shot where Cato’s arms are crossed.

6) When Katniss enters her evaluation, there are clearly FIVE arrows on the rack. She uses one and misses. She takes another (out of four) and hits the target. Then she takes another (out of three) and hits the apple. There are two arrows left on the rack when she exits.

7) I don’t know about the wound medicine scene making the cut look old…but there is a Katniss head-wound continuity error that appears after the medicine heals her. The following scenes have Katniss’ head wound alternate from open cut to closed cut.

But, you’re spot-on about the flowers/runway and lack of cannon for Rue/Marvel (probably artistic intent). I’m not sure about the Cato hand-blood…I’m usually too fascinated by the mutt claw marks on his face.

BONUS continuity errors:
1) The number of arrows Katniss has at the end of the movie is incorrect. When she’s on top of the Cornucopia, she has four. Two are shot at Cato. When she descends from the Cornucopia, she should have two. Instead, she has one.

2) During the tracker jacker scene, Peeta is initially shown sleeping near Marvel. However, he completely disappears from the ground during all the subsequent shots, even though his supposed sleeping spot is revealed several times.

3) One part that really bugs me is when the faces are projected in the sky on the first night. The last person they show is from District 9. However, the girl from 10 is also dead by this point. They also only show one person from D9, when both tributes from the district are dead. Everyone should be dead except D1, D2, the boy from D3, the girl from D5, the girl from D8, the boy from D10, D11, and D12.

4) During the feast, all evidence of the blown-up Career stash and the entry platforms has been removed. Instead, there is a clear grassy field. There was enough time for the Gamemakers to clean up, though, I guess.

5) When Katniss is aiming at the apples, she draws her bow back twice with the same arrow (repeating action).

6) When Katniss sees Thresh’s face in the sky, she closes her mouth twice (repeating action).

7) In the Capitol, we see an old woman dressed in black conversing with a few young men. Days later, the same woman in the same outfit can be spied in the audience of Ceaser’s broadcast. She could just be wearing the same outfit everyday, though. Maybe it’s a Capitol thing

Ha, sorry about the long response. This article confused me because I was pretty sure it was wrong, but I wasn’t 100% sure. So, I went to see the movie again and paid special attention to all your claims. Thanks for making the experience more interactive
