Brit, currently in Australia completing another leg of her “Circus” tour, has been scolded by the country’s Fair trading Minister and Minister Assisting the Premier on the Arts, Virigina Judge, for Brit’s superb ability to lipsync, ya’ll!

“Let’s be clear - live means live. If you are spending up to $200 I think you deserve better than a film clip. The NSW Government would be happy to look at options, such as a disclaimer on a ticket which would warn consumers a performance is pre-recorded.”

What I find most amuzing is that no one is bothered by the fact that she walked around Australia this week (on a chilly day) bra-less. Having to look at Brit’s nips is much more frightening to me than watching her lipsync.

Spears’ people addressed the situation by releasing the following statement:

“This is a pop spectacular, this is a showband show. You come for the experience. There is a lot to see about this show, there’s nothing like this in the world. Britney Spears will entertain you, that’s what people come for. We absolutely give them a show.”

So no, there is no live singing whatsoever?! Remember the good old days when one needed to be able to sing in order to be a singer? Balls.

It’s going to take a lot more than a simple denial from Josh Duhamel to make this stripper/cheating story go away! Nicole Forrester reportedly passed a test that was conducted by polygraph expert Kenneth E. Blackstone regarding her claims of their alleged fling. Blackstone went on to say that she was telling the truth when asked if she had sex with the actor. Forrester shared all the dirty details with an Atlanta radio station Monday morning, including her claim that they “did hook up and had lots of sex” and had a “really, really good time.” The interview was later taken off the station’s website following a cease and desist letter from Duhamel’s attorney, but they found loose-lipped Nicole’s story and the polygraph credible - so back up it went.

“The next morning, when I left, you know, he kissed me on the cheek, really sweet guy. I’m not lying about anything, and he’s just as guilty as I am.”

Forresters attorney Romin Alavi says that his client didn’t go to the National Enquirer with the story of her passionate night with Josh. Instead, they came looking for her.

Per Us:

“Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. “The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”

Unfortunately for Duhamel, more women are coming out of the woodwork claiming that they got it on with the actor, too. On Oct. 30, a woman named Serena called in to San Francisco’s JV on Wild 94.9 radio show to say that when a recently engaged Josh was filming the “Transformers” sequel at a New Mexico Air Force base in 2008, he slept with her best friend who was stationed there.

“She also said she knew two other people whom he hooked up with,” the program’s producer, Jon Manuel, tells Us Weekly.

Duhamels lawyer has of course denied these claims, and it seems like Fergie is standing firmly by her man for now. The ’smile-for-the-press-so-we-look-happy’ couple were seen out on a dinner date in Atlanta the other night at Chops restaurant, which ironically is located next door to the St. Regis Hotel, where the stripper claims her rendezvous with Josh took place. I can totally buy the fact that a tv star and especially one as good looking as Josh would sleep with a stripper, but not one as old and ugly as her. I call total BS on this story. You say you got evidence? Did he leave a signed bottle of Pantene Pro-V Volume Mousse for Hair Volume & Lift behind? Or perhaps

If you are a fan of the “Twilight” series, then you more than likely have heard of Muse, who had a hit off the movies’ soundtrack with the song titled “Supermassive Black Hole,” and the song “I Belong To You (New Moon Remix)” off the next movie in the saga “New Moon.” Considered to be an alternative rock band who formed in the early 90s from Teignmouth, England, the band consists of longtime friends Matthew Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme, and Dominic Howard. They’ve changed band names a number of times (from names such as Gothic Plague, Fixed Penalty, and Rocket Baby Dolls) before finally deciding on the name Muse. Their sound is a blend of alternative rock, classical, electronica, metal, spanish guitars, and progressive rock.

The band is known for their energetic live performances and front man Bellamy’s avid interests in unconventional things such as global conspiracy, extraterrestrial life, theology and the apocalypse. Their lyrical themes involve madcap conspiracy theory, revolutionary rabble-rousing, weird stuff about aliens, religions and other such classic Muse concerns. They have won many musical awards over the years, including 5 MTV Europe Awards 5 Q Awards, 6 NME Awards, and 2 BRIT Awards. The majority of these awards have been attributed to their live performances.

Muse have been heavily involved with “Teenage Cancer Trust,” a charity that focuses on the needs of teenagers and young adults with cancer, leukemia, Hodgkin’s and related diseases. They have performed at the Royal Albert Hall where they donated all money made from the merchandise stands to the charity. In September of 2008 all three members were awarded Honorary Doctorates of the Arts by Plymouth University.

Muse has released five studio albums, with their latest released this September titled “The Resistance.” It is the first Muse album to have been produced by the band itself. On its release, it topped the album charts in 19 countries and reached number 3 on the American album charts. The first single off the album, “Uprising,” has reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Alternative Songs chart becoming their 6th Top 10 single and first #1 on that chart. In an interview with Larry King, Mariah Carey says that she can relate to the domestic violence that Rihanna has experienced at the hands of Chris Brown, after King pressed the singer if she had ever been abused.

Per PopEater:

“Abuse has several categories,” Carey answered King.

“You’ve been emotionally abused?” King questioned.

“Emotionally, mentally …” Mariah said.

Weighing in on the incident, Carey said she felt it was very difficult to get out of her marriage to music mogul Tommy Mottola - whos’ name she eluded to but never mentioned, because there was a connection that was not only a marriage but a business thing where the person was in control of her life. Mariah has said on numerous occasions that Tommy was very controlling, often times telling her how to speak and what to wear. Although Carey has never openly discussed specific circumstances that led to the crumbling of their relationship, she hinted at the mistreatment in her song “Side Effects,” in which she talks about an abusive relationship at the hands of a controlling older lover. When asked for her thoughts on Rihanna’s situation, she reacts the way many of us have - saying she can’t imagine what she went through. Unfortunatly Mariah, there are many out there who can relate to both you and Rihanna.

Miss Congeniality herself is in a custody battle with her husband’s porn star ex. Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James are fighting his ex-girlfriend for custody of his daughter, Sunny. Jesse and the child’s mother, Janine Lindemulder, split when she was 7 months pregnant with their daughter. Bullock is trying to prove that she is a better parent for her husband’s daughter than the girl’s mother, an adult film star and director, who has just served six months in prison for tax evasion. Lindemulder was released last month and now is living in a halfway house, while James had been awarded sole custody of Sunny. She can seek custody at the end of the year.

Per E!:

“What would give her the right to take away my daughter?” Lindemulder said of Bullock, toward whom the majority of her ire seems directed. “This is my daughter. I’m the best mother I can be.”

James is determined not to let his ex gain custody of their daughter because, according to court papers he fears his little girl would be introduced to a dangerous world if she lived with her mother. The current dispute has arisen as the couple claims they have seen suspicious marks and bruises when she arrived at their home after Lindemulders’ visition.

Per The Morung Express:

“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (the girl) will be safe with (Lindemulder),” James said in a statement to the court. “She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”

James also has two older kids from his first marriage, and Sandra has said that she’s very happy being an involved stepmother, saying that she feels “very blessed.” The couple also have some concerns over Lindemulders new boyfriend Jeremy Aikman, who has several past state and federal convictions involving alcohol, guns and the manufacturing of narcotics. Lindemulder reportedly sent a text message to James when she was charged last year, telling him “U WIN. Sandra has her baby congrats,” even though she acknowledges Sandra for being an “excellent mother” who genuinely cares for her daughter.

Per E!:

“I know the term ’stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being a ‘glorified babysitter,’ ” she writes. “My commitment and responsibility to Sunny, and Chandler and Jesse Jr., goes beyond that. We are FULLY prepared to accept the responsibility and make Sunny’s transition as healthy as possible if full custody should be awarded to Jesse…We are here, and know we may have a tough road ahead of us but we have built a strong and stable foundation, which makes us ready for anything.”

Jesse James and Lindemulder are equally unimpressive. Asking a judge to look at the home of the mother who has just been released from jail sounds pretty reasonable to me. I feel for Sandra in this situation. Being a step-parent in a blended family is a difficult situation. Does poor Sandra stand a chance against the devil’s crowd?

F**k love is Rihanna’s message as she talked about the abuse she had endured for years from her boyfriend, Chris Brown. The “Umbrella” singer has opened up about the pre-Grammy fight that left her bloody, bruised and her secret aired out the world.

She spoke with Diane Sawyer and cited repeatedly going back to Chris as her biggest mistake. Rihanna stated she loved Brown and returned to his side 8 or 9 times after he had beaten her. Realizing she was a role model, she urged women going through the same domestic abuse to remove themselves from the situation no matter how much you think you’re in love.

“Don’t react off of love. Eff love. Come out of the situation and look at it as a third person and for what it really is. Because love is so blind.”

We have another Golden Girl down! My favorite of the foursome is battling a few heart issues. Rue McClanahan, who played Blanche Devereaux, is being treated for acute cardiac illness. Despite being under the weather she is in good spirits.

She was due to attend ‘Golden: A Gala Tribute to Rue McClanahan’ in San Franciso on November 14th, but will not be able to attend. Her doctor has set strict orders for rest and some testing.

“My darlings, I’m just devastated that I am going to have to miss my own tribute at the Castro Theatre,” she said in a statement on Wednesday from her hospital room. “Unfortunately, my doctor has laid down the law, and I’m currently having some maintenance on the old ticker. Trust me, I’d much rather be in San Francisco having fun and being adored by all of you.”

Upon hearing the news that she was in the hospital, the gala organizer, Marc Huestis is contemplating on postponing the event.
