First OK! ran a report that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were getting married. The following week they ran another report stating that the wedding was off because they were fighting over something stupid, probably whose hair clogged the drain. This week the rag claims the wedding is back on. Next week I am sure we will be treated to some story in which Angie calls of the wedding again because she overhead Brad telling George Clooney he thinks Cambodia sucks.
The plot to Nicolas Cage’s drunkery has thickened. Remember when Nic got Charlie Sheen Tuesday afternoon drunk and couldn’t remember where he lived then argued with his wife about before daring cops to arrest him? Click HERE for a recap and to see what celebrity pal bailed him out…
More details have followed on that incident. According to a New Orleans cop who squealed to TMZ, Cage is now being investigated for child abuse. His wife told police that they had been arguing about his “intoxicated state” on their way to pick up their son from a friend’s house. Alice added that she was driving and the fight continued as they drove home. Upon arriving home, she further claims that he “fell while holding their son. The fall caused the 5 year old to suffer a minor abrasion to his left knee.”
There are two things you don’t do to the cops…1:Tell them that your name is Anastasia Beaverhausen and you are Russian royalty so they need to let you stroll in peace. 2: Double Dog Dare them to arrest you. Nic never got the memo and broke one of those rules. (I will let you guess which one.)
Nicolas Cage was arrested on Saturday for 1 count of domestic abuse and 1 count of disturbing the peace. Word is that he got Snooki drunk in New Orleans and dared cops to arrest him after he and his wife had an argument. A cab driver saw Mr. and Mrs. Cage in a screaming match and said that he saw Nicolas grab her arm. Police arrived and attempted to talk him into going home. That didn’t sit well with him and he got shouty with the authorities and yelled, “Why don’t you just arrest me?”
Alec Baldwin was rushed to a New York City hospital last night. His daughter, Ireland, became concerned that he had attempted suicide after the two had an argument. While arguing with his 14 year old Ireland, he threatened to “take sleeping pills.” Later she checked on him and he appeared “unresponsive” and she dialed 911 in fear that he had overdosed.
The two have a volcanic past involving arguments. In 2008 a call leaked to the net that was horrifying as Alec called his daughter a “thoughtless little pig.” This time it appeared the fight got out of hand and Baldwin faked an OD. After an ambulance arrived to in answer to Ireland’s 911 call, he agreed to be taken to a hospital.

“While the 12:10 a.m. call came in as a “possible alcohol or drug overdose,” sources told The Post that Baldwin never swallowed sleeping pills.
The “30 Rock” actor, who lives on Central Park West, was released from Lenox Hill Hospital shortly after 1 a.m., according to sources.
“This was a misunderstanding on one person’s part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he’s completely fine and will be at work today,” said Baldwin’s spokesman Matthew Hiltzik.
Let’s hope he gets some help.

Tragedy fell upon the NFL early this morning. Cincinnati Bengals Wide Receiver Chris Henry passed away this morning after sustaining injuries suffered after he fell from a moving pickup truck driven by his fiancee Loleini Tonga yesterday in Charlotte, N.C. Henry died at 6:36 a.m. at Carolinas Medical Center, where he had been taken early yesterday afternoon. Police haven’t released a cause of death.
Chris Henry was severely injured and was listed in a critical condition after falling out of the back of a moving pick-up truck following a heated argument with Tonga. She got in a pick-up truck and drove off, with Henry running after her and hopping into the bed of the truck. The two continued fighting until his accident when Henry “came out” of the back of the vehicle about a half-mile away from his fiancees’ parents house. When police and paramedics responded to the scene, police said Henry had suffered life-threatening injuries, including severe head trauma. He was then transported to a local hospital. No charges have been immediately filed, although authorities are at the scene conducting a criminal investigation to assess if he fell or was thrown off the truck.
Per Fox Sports:
“The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry,” the police said in a statement. “At some point while she was driving, Mr. Henry came out of the back of the vehicle.”
According to a statement released by the Bengals, Henry and Tonga were to be married in March. Tonga’s MySpace page also made several references to the expected nuptials, including the purchase of her dress and wedding rings. Police haven’t released details on their dispute. However, homicide detectives were called to the scene of the accident to investigate. According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, such a move is typical procedure when the department responds to an accident involving life-threatening injuries.
Drafted in 2005, Henry is no stranger to problems off the field. He was arrested several times during his professional career, including arrests for DUI, marijuana possession, and assault, before being released by the Bengals in 2007 and then re-signed to a two-year contract with the team before the 2008 season. After the Bengals’ owner gave Henry a second chance, Henry seemed to have straightened his life out, staying out of trouble and focusing his off time on his family. He had been on injured reserve with the Bengals since Nov. 9 due to a dislocated forearm and had been spending his time away from the team with Tonga and their children.
Per ESPN:
“He was good at what he did as a player, he was a teammate to our players and a friend to almost all of us in the building,” Bengals president Mike Brown said at a news conference Thursday at the team’s headquarters. “We knew him in a way that [was not consistent] with his public persona. We liked him. He had worked through troubles in his life … to a point where he was going to have the future we all wanted for him and that he wanted for himself. At the time of his tragedy he was running to daylight.”
Henry leaves behind his fiancee and three children: 3-year old Seini, 2-year old Chris Jr., and 10-month old DeMarcus. He was 26 years old. An unfortunate end to a troubled life that seemed to be on the mend over the past year. Our sympathies are with the family of Chris Henry and his fiancee. Family, friends, and fans will miss him.

Another war of words erupted on “The Insider” last night, this time between attention seeker Michael Lohan and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes.
Lohan has been speaking out to the media alot lately, saying that he wants to petition for his daughter’s Lindsay Lohans‘ conservatorship because he believes she is addicted to prescription drugs. Lohan appeared via satellite on the show, and Leakes barely let Lohan have a chance to defend himself for his public actions, though that still didn’t stop him from lashing back at her. She accused him of being a sell-out parent who is trying to make money on his daughter, calling him things like a “toxic parrot” and “manipulator,” but he denied the claims.
Per NY Daily News:
“I believe you’re just trying to make money off of Lindsay,” Leakes said. “You’re always in the press.”
Lohan responded, saying he hasn’t made any money off of his daughter and that he’s the only one trying to help her.
“I’m not going see my daughter die!” he said. “You have Michael Jackson, you had Heath Ledger, Adam Goldstein. You can go back to John Belushi, Anna Nicole Smith, and even Elvis Presley. It was prescription drugs that killed these people. I’m not going watch my daughter die.”
Undeterred, Leakes continued, threatening him physically. “Do not make me come after you,” she warned. “I will eat you alive.”
“Do something worthwhile and promote Nutri-System,” says Lohan. “Give your chair a break and move your fat a** outta there!”
Guess we know now where Lindsay gets her “Oh, well she’s fat” comebacks from. Leakes then takes it another step farther, telling Lohan to ‘go hang out with Jon Gosselin.’ Bah-Zing! Their war of the words ended with Lohan taking off his mic and leaving his chair, abruptly ending the interview. Come on now… we’re all adults here, aren’t we?
It’s been a rough couple of weeks for Daddy Lohan, who is reportedly about to get served with a restraining order by Lindsay. This comes after he made it public knowledge that he hoped stage an intervention for her whose alarming appearance and erratic behavior has left him sure she’s been popping pills and drinking in excess. Lindsay didn’t appreciate her father’s heart-to-heart with the tabloids and obviously Leakes didn’t either! But in the end, its Papa Lohan who looks like the bigger man, as he’s issued an apology to Ms. Leakes.

“I apologize to the producers of ["The Insider"], the viewers and even Miss Leakes for coming back at her, for her attack on me, in the inappropriate manner I did. I do however wish I had known she was on the panel because then I would have known what I was in for and I would have handled things differently. To begin with, she may have children, but none in a crisis situation. Second, for her to call me a broke a** when I am not, but she had a house in foreclosure and 2 cars repoed [sic], I would have addressed that as well. This show was about helping my daughter and owning up to my part of her life and why I have taken these measures. Not a personal attack on Lindsay or me. I am sorry for my conduct and I hope Ms. Leakes is for hers.”
Take this with a grain of salt – Knowing him, its just another way to keep his name floating about. Pick up on the cheap shots in his so-called apology? Check out the video above for your LOL’s of the day!

Justin Timberlake is not having a good week. You see kittens, it was rumored that JT was on the ‘short list’ of potential actors to play the “Green Latern” in Marvel’s upcoming big-screen rendition of the comic book hero. He squared-off against the likes of Ryan Reynolds and Bradley Cooper. And as you already are aware, the role has gone to Reynolds who, thanks to his nice six-pack of abs and his legally binding agreement to boink Scarlett Johannsen, is much more marketable than the former boy-bander.
Needless to say, Justin doesn’t seem to happy and unfortunately, he decided to take it out on a poor little paparazzo who was merely hiding in the bushes at a West Hollywood hotel, snapping pics to sell in order to feed him family. OK. I am stretching it a little.

“There were several photographers there, and as you can see from some of the photos, when they first started snapping pictures, Justin looks really annoyed. Then something happened – we don’t know what. Either Justin Timberlake was in a horrible mood and he decide to take it out on one of the photographers, or the photographer said something nasty maybe, or said something personal. Either way, Justin got in this guy’s face. I would love to see video of this – the way they’re standing nearly nose to nose, I bet they were talking smack to each other under their breaths. Simply judging from the continuity of the photos, I think the paparazzo was the one to back down first.”
We can play the photo assumption game with this one since no one has come forward to state what the squabble was really about. I am thinking Timberlake was confronting the Pap in order to ask him why he wasn’t wearing William Rast jeans. But that’s just my take on it.
Several other gossipers are claiming that JT was annoyed that photogs knew of his whereabouts…apparently, he likes being sneaky. And several more are stating that it’s Timberlake’s own lady, Jessica Biel, who is calling the paps to tell them of the two’s whereabouts to help boost her image and squash any rumors that the two have broken up.
I know how you feel Jessica. I once called everyone in my phone book just to tell them Jackson Rathbone smiled at me in a hotel lobby. It was worth it.

The internet blew up with questions at to whether or not Rihanna’s alleged herpes caused the fight between her and boyfriend Chris Brown. The rumor is that she failed to mention that she has the STD and Brown got it. He became furious and the fight ensued.
From what I am hearing there is little support behind the this theory. According to sources she was upset with him for looking at other women at the Pre-Grammy party and he received text messages from an alleged mistress. They began to argue about it in the car and things became physical. Another source told NY Daily News that Chris saw Rihanna dancing with another man and he became enraged with jealousy. Either way, the injuries she has sustained are being called “horrific” by police leaks.
A case is being built against Brown and Rihanna is cooperating with the investigation that could land her (hopefully former) boyfriend in jail for up to 9 years. Lets hope that justice is served because it is NEVER ok to resort to violence.
